Went to drive thru for Whopper, poutine and coke. Speaker at ordering menu was very quiet, almost impossible to hear. Food was up to standard.

We have been going to Langley Burger King for Whopper Wednesday for a couple years never miss a Wednesday.Food was always excellent and staff was always polite. Last two Wednesday we have been there the Burger has been a sloppy mess looked like a 2 year old made it and ice cold.We went to one of their competitors for the next week and found the food excellent and hot. As we are fans of Burger King Flavor we gave it another try and were sadly disappointed again.Burger was a mess and cold so that is it we will not be back.

Menu says sliced jalapenos, Ordered 2 whoppers with jalapenos and was excited about a big chain offering what you can usually only get at a decent burger joint . Excitement didn't last long , disgusting mushy pickled jalapenos, who wants vinegar on their burger ? What a let down . Guess it's back to 5 Guys burgers for decent fresh crisp jalapenos on my burger .

Went through the drive-thru for lunch at the 19996 Fraser Highway location on May 16/23. Ordered the bacon poutine and a shake. The poutine was served in a take-out box, not the usual plastic containers. They put WAY too much gravy on it and it leaked all through the bag and onto me. The bacon was stringy and under-cooked. The gravy tasted disgusting. I have ordered the bacon poutine PLENTY of times and never been so grossed out. Tossed it in the trash after 2 bites.

The food at this location is not that great. The service is even worse but the atmosphere is terrible. It feels like you're sitting in a place that will serve you old stale buns.. and that's because you are. If I want BK the way I expect it i will go to the north Langley location. This place needs upgrades of the interior and the staff.

This burger king is the best in all of Surrey, they placed number 1 in all of Canada for a reason, i hope they continue to remain number 1, they have best service, and i’m not sure why people complain about refills, anytime i ask for anything extra i get it without being charged, i have been their regular customer from day one and will always only come to this place, good job to all staff!!!!

I have stopped going to this BK.the reasons arethe tables do not get bussed enough , so there always dirty tables here.Also the past couple times my burger was just warm.I asked for extra onions and got 3 single rings.I have been disappointed multiple times at this BK.I now have to go to Maple Ridge to get a decent Whopper.And im talking its been this way for years at ghis location.

Placed an order on doordash today with 2 meals. Only got one drink and one order of fries. No ketchup in the bag. The burgers were so messy and everything was cold. Delivery was within 1km of store so no way the food got cold due to delivery distance.
