Med Image Diagnostic Centre

I came here for an ultrasound in October 2022 and the service was amazing. I would highly recommend them and will return. They were very polite, kind, friendly and professional. The place is very clean and has many rooms.

My visit to this clinic was a complete disaster. From the terrible customer service to the poor attitude of the staff and the lack of experience of the technician, everything about this place was disappointing. Although this clinic used to be good, it has become clear that they no longer care about their customers. Senior citizens are not respected, and the clinic is never open on time. They do not honor appointment timings and never answer the phone to book appointments. Even if you have a scheduled appointment, you can end up waiting for hours to see the technician. In some cases, the technician doesn't even show up, causing further frustration.

Loved Selina’s professionalism and excellent care towards doing my pregnancy ultrasounds. If you’re looking for a convenient location with a great person to take care of your pregnancy ultrasounds, she is the person to book your appointments with.The front staff are also very friendly and accommodating overall!

This medical Image Diagnostic Centre is exceptional. The receptionists are hospitable and friendly. The Ultrasound technologist is friendly as well, She offered assistance and explained the procedure.The entire clinic is cleaned, organized and modern looked vibe.Thank you ladies!Virdanette Gelle

Today was my first to visit Med Image Duagnostic. Over the phone Kim was super nice and told me they take walk-ins. Got there in 10 mins registered and had my x-ray within 10 mins of getting there. The radiologist was very respectful and good as well. Kudos to the entire Med Image team.

They took me in last minute today as my midwife wanted me to have an ultrasound done due to not feeling my baby move in 24 hours. The staff were all so kind, courteous, and empathetic! They made a stressful ordeal as calming as possible.

It was a pleasant experience doing my ultrasound at Med Image Diagnostic Center. Everybody is accommodating and friendly. Selena did my ultrasound and she’s very professional, she explained and showed me the details of my baby well. There’s also a monitor inside the clinic wherein you can view the baby while they’re scanning. Overall , I highly recommend this clinic for ultrasound.

Came here for both my first ultrasound and my 20 week anatomy scan and had a great experience both times. Everyone (reception and both obstetric sonographers) were really pleasant and definitely will be back for the rest of my scans at this location.

Today, I visited Med Image Diagnostic Center in Malvern Mall, and I had a terrible experience with them. Despite having a board outside that says walk-ins are welcome, the woman at the counter informed me that it was just a joke, and they don't accept walk-ins. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not only did this false advertising waste my time, but I was also required to fast for this ultrasound and now have to reschedule elsewhere, disrupting my schedule. I witnessed several other people after me who faced similar problems, and some older patients had to wait longer than necessary. Furthermore, someone outside told me that the clinic has bad staff and inexperienced technicians. One customer was quite upset about it.I would not recommend this place to anyone due to their terrible customer service, false advertising, and unskilled technicians. Also, they are overpriced compared to other businesses around the area for anything not covered by health insurance. This place is especially not good for older/senior citizens, women customers, and kids as the mall is old, and the area is not safe. There are a lot of security issues, and this mall will be shut down soon because of it, and they will change it to a new building. I think that is one reason too that employees are not showing any interest in accommodating customers and feeling stressed out,
