They were glad to take our money but when we no longer wanted their services, we couldn't get in touch with anyone. Had to call the credit card company in order to stop payments. I do not recommend this company.

Our family cannot say enough good things about the service we have received over the years, for our mother. Each time there happen to be an incident, Lifeline was notifying either us or one time Lifeline could not get hold of us, Police and EMS were dispatched and took the time to climb through a window to find mom had fallen.We would have no problem recommending the service. Many thanks.

My mom had a massive stroke. She had her Lifline necklace. When the operator didn't get a reply they called Ambulance right away. Mom was in hospital VERY quickly and treatment was given within the hour. She had to have surgery to remove a big clot from her brain but again it was done very quickly because of Lifeline. Today is only her second day of recovery and she is able to speak fairly well and has started moving her body,arms and legs and has a positive outlook. Mom literally had zero mobility, couldn't open her eyes or form words when I the ambulance came.Our family is so happy that mom has a great chance of a good recovery thanks to Lifeline.Highly recommend.

My mother passed away Sept 1 and we cancelled lifeline. They called 3x during the month claiming that they did not update their records - one of the calls came at 10:45 p.m. Prior to my mother passing, they did not provide great service and frequently told me that they were short staffed. They even told me that before 8 a.m. there were not enough people to answer the phone.....emergencies often happen at night, we can't schedule them during business hours....I would not recommend this service to anyone.

In recent months, when doing my monthly test, the language barrier of the representative to me is difficult. Being that it's a medical process, the proficiency of the English language should paramount as an employee of your business. Otherwise, I'm happy with Lifeline

One emergency use and Lifeline failed me entirely. Monitor indicated that my button had been pushed and someone would be with me. After a ten minute wait I called 911 and my contact person myself. Telephone records indicate that help called over ½ hour later, when I was already at the hospital!!! This happened on a Friday. The company never inquired about my welfare with me or my contacts on Saturday or Sunday. I called the company to complain and was told that there had been “technical issues” on the day of my emergency with no service to clients from 3 until 10 pm!!!! I wonder how many of those paying clients died from “health issues” during this period when Lifeline was Offline???? If you depend on such service, you add another element of danger to your life. This company doesn’t rate the 1-star that I gave it!!! ….. After this posting I received a call from the company expressing apologies for its untimely service breakdown. I was assured that the “technical” problem is being addressed and I would receive two months of free monitoring.

If you want to bury your loved one, then this is the way to go! My father-in-law is dead thanks to no response when he called for help. This service is a paid service and all they care about is getting their money! If yous would have went when he pressed his button, he'd still be here today! Life line is a joke and a rip off!!!

My aunt had serves come to her apartment. They were rude to her and told her not to use the lifeline. We are located in St. Thomas ontario. Would you look into this. Thank you. They did take her to hospital.

CANCELLATION POLICY is terrible. BE VERY CAREFUL when you cancel as they will charge you the full month. READ THE FINE PRINT on the contract!

We've had the lifeline auto alert service for approximately 2 years from my mother who has dementia. It's an incredible service which provides assistance in the event of a fall. We've had only one situation where she sat down quickly as her equilibrium was off due to a sudden drop in blood pressure. The reaction was quick. The appropriate calls were made and an ambulance was summoned to the house for her. What I really appreciate is the fact that there have been quite a few times that the alarm has gone off accidentally and they have been so gracious, understanding, forgiving and very friendly about the situation. Our operator said as long as she's okay, that's all that matters and they reset the system.I highly recommend this service above all others, for if we were at home or away and something happens, there's always literally a lifeline to help and assist.
