Amazing experience at this spa! Sara and Kim did a wonderful job on my nails for an upcoming wedding. Superb foot and leg massage. Highly recommend!

They do not care for their new customers, and they don't clean there foot tubs. I got gel nails done there yesterday for the first time, two lady's were working on each hand; making me cross my arms and holding them up for a very long time. I don't pay much attention to my finger nails as much as I should but I felt I was being punished for having cuticles. When they were sanding the gel nail down they were using that same machine on my cuticles MAKING THEM BLEED! she had the guts to tell me I was to tense and kept moving and pushing away that's why they were bleeding. Hurt even more when she decided to put rubbing alcohol on them with out letting me know!They also made my pointer finger point in a different direction........The entire time I was sitting there, there were two ladies who were put in the same foot tub that has not been sanitized or cleaned before the next guest.Wouldn't recommend going there! unless you are just getting a new coat of nail polish.Never been in the much pain when I first got them done at West Edmonton Mall.

Recently visited to get a pedicure for my baby shower. I had Kim as my tech who spoke good English which I appreciated. However, we had booked an appointment a week prior for 3. My sister's couldn't even get their nails done because of how behind they were running with other clients. I was the only person who could get a pedicure done. During this time, Kim dug really deep under my left big toe. I rushed my foot back but it was too late as damage was done. My toe was very red and it throbbed for days after. My Sister's were given a time slot to come in the evening instead. They've changed the name but I wouldn't come back here. Although, Kim did finish my treatment with a nice hot stone massage.

I went here for the 2nd time but the nail technician who did my nails was very unprofessional who keeps on texting and looking at her phone every now and then. she might think I’m a newbie customer but businesses earn through customers new or old and can recommend and refer your business. Also the ledcured drying for shellac is very dirty and full of splashed polished. This is an honest review, I don’t intend to downgrade these nail salon but please dear be professional and work efficiently to earn customers. NEW OR LOYAL CLIENTS should be treated the same.

I came here yesterday at 6:45 pm which was 15 mins before they were closing. I called them at 6:30 and made sure they were available and the lady told me yes they are and that I can come. I came in and realized she had talked to someone else on the phone as well and confused us both for the same person and now she had to do 2 sets of nails. Helen said she will do my nails after and made us wait for ONE HOUR and then told us that we should just come back tomorrow. We were considerate enough to leave and come back today and Helen clearly said I can come anytime. I came in again and they were so rude. She yelled at me and said “ I TOLD U IM BUSY OTHER PEOPLE HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME”. This is not the first time I’ve gotten terrible service from this place. This is absolutely trash. I will definitely tell everyone to not go here.

Gals do decent work, but the technicians speak in Vietnamese non-stop. Acoustics make for a really noisey shop, so if you're looking for a relaxing Mani/Pedi - this is not the place. Pedi's include massage & hot stones. Pedicure & basic manicure is $63.00Shellac polish or fake nails are extra. A Mani/Pedi with shellac polish & acrylic tips set me back $93 (plus tip!)

Very busy when we went in, but very accommodating. They did a good job at decent prices.Friendly staff.The only issue is I find they always cut my nails shorter than I would like.

My bestfriend brought me to this place in October of 2022, I have now come here 4 or 5 times to get acrylic nails and regardless of who ends up doing them, I am never disappointed. They are always strong and well done. I highly recommend this place.
