I really like Okanagon Home Centre!! The service was excellent when I went in. I received a warm and friendly greeting upon entering the store. The service was excellent; knowledgeable, friendly staff that care about your needs and they do not pressure you to purchase something. (They also have a good sense of humor, especially Codie) Good quality products and beautiful displays.I highly recommend shopping here.

Excellent service provided by staff when we purchased our Electric Fireplace heater. We did have an issue with the electrical components, which was fixed promptly and at no cost to us.

We have been dealing with a okanagan Home centre for over 30 years. From hot tubs to barbecues, we have always gone to them. They have gone beyond anything we expected. When we could not get anyone to deliver a hot tub to our house, the team from okanagan, Home Center, came to our house and put it on our deck. Our daughter, also has used them every time she needed something. In fact, today she’s going there to buy a new hot tub. They are unbelievable and always go above and beyond.

Purchased my outdoor kitchen with a Napoleon grill from Okanagan Home Centre. Absolutely love it. Great quality, awesome service, delivery and set up. It gets used more than my kitchen stove all year round.
