I don’t like this place he was to know it all and put a cooler on my truck for a transmissionI asked anything to turn on and he said no But there was a fan I had to put onHe will not listen to what you want or what you know about your truckHe is the bestHe doesn’t think that people can look up a price of a part even if he doesn’t put it on the billPlus he was going to call about another part well he never doesNo I would not go back and no I wouldn’t recommend him to anybody else

I'm not happy. I've had them replace multiple axles in the past 10 years due to torn boots. Just over a $300 bill. I thought this was a common problem with vehicles. I've recently asked a number of people if this problem has happened to them. Not one person I asked said yes. Most had a vehicle 10 years or older. Okay maybe I'm unlucky. The thing is I put on less than 5000 km on my vehicles per year with mostly city driving. All I can say is I would have appreciated knowing that there was lifetime warranty after the first axle was replaced.

I took my beloved 1998 Ford F-150 (aka “Red Dog”) to Andy’s Automotive this week with a check engine light that intermittently went on and off. I had taken it earlier to a dealer shop, who could not directly identify the problem and suggested “trying a sensor bank replacement” for $500. At Andy’s shop, in a few hours, they identified and replaced the exact problem sensor, for much less. I will easily bring Red Dog (and our other Ford) to Andy’s Automotive for all future service.

These guys were super. We showed up in town with a busted transmission; we were ready for the worst - that we would have to replace the whole thing. But after a pretty quick diagnosis, they figured out it was a relatively minor repair. They not only got at it right away, then lent us their truck so we could get around town while they were doing the repair. We were on our way in a few hours, and the repair has held up. The charge for the work was totally reasonable. Highly recommend this shop.

If you are looking for a shop that is honest and trustworthy then go to Andy's transmission. They won't try and sell you repairs you dont need. Straight to the point mechanics, no better service then that. My silverado will be maintained by Larry, Chris and the boys until I buy a new truck one day.
