Calgary gem! You will not find the quality and variety anywhere else. Tastes homemade like my nonna made (possibly better but let's keep that part to ourselves). If you want to wow dinner guests, serving this pasta is the way to do it.

Amazing fillings - both the selection of flavours and the execution - great ingredients, and a local product, but DAMN is that pasta thick and tough! I keep trying different flavours hoping for a different result, but it is the toughest pasta I have ever had. This time I boiled it 1.5 times the max suggested and it was still really hard to chew, and left me with an upset stomach (ok, it doesn't fall apart like a lot of ravioli, but the tradeoff is not good). If they get the pasta worked out so it's tender this will be one of my favorite products. I suggest boiling this stuff at least twice as long as they say. Seriously, their fillings are about the best I have tried but I won't buy again until there is a change to the pasta.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Delitzia product. The gnocchi and portobello ravioli are my favourite and so quick and easy to make!

Must try the spinach and ricotta ravioli. I fill my freezer with it and can’t get enough! Best pasta you’ll find and far better than anything in Safeway or co-op. Highly recommended!
