GNMI - Greater Niagara Medical Imaging

I don't usually leave reviews, but I get the impression that there are women who are preferring not to book with male technicians. I have had both x-rays and ultrasounds with male technicians at both GNMI locations in Niagara Falls and have felt completely comfortable every time. The male technicians have been utmost professionals and put me completely at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to book any of my imaging with a male technician at GNMI.

Earlier this year I needed to have an X-ray done at GNMI. Christina, the X-ray tech was kind, caring and professional. It's obvious that she cares about her her job!

Parking is $4.00 however if you make a purchase at the pharmacy they will provide you with a code so you don't pay for parking. Also across the road ( on Portage) there is a parking lot that charges a toonie to park with no time limit. You must have change , there is no attendant. Staff at the clinic are generally polite and efficient and you are usually not kept waiting very long before being seen.

The workers at the location Portage Rd,Niagara Falls are always respectful, kind and soft spoken. The imaging tech I last saw directed me through what she was doing because she saw I was a little uncomfortable with a certain ultrasound, she was very kind.Overall, I never leave thinking that I had a terrible experience.

Absolutely horrible! Lack the basic sense of human decency. I am 35 weeks pregnant. My appointment was for 11.45 AM, between finding a parking spot, pay for parking and walk to the office I reached GNMI at 11.52 AM. Rather than being considerate of their patients, they simply rescheduled my appointment and gave me the option to cancel it if I want. They reasoned that if they accomodate me, there will be delays in subsequent appointments. Have they always finished their appointments on time and have never been late, and have never made their patients wait for them? Following rules is all nice and dandy, but is it too much to ask to be a little considerate?

Thank you to Henry who was incredibly sweet and kind during my fetal ultrasound. You can tell he has a huge heart and loves what he does. Thanks for making this such a nice experience for me. Oh and the ladies at the front desk were super sweet too.Steph

Facility was clean and well arranged for social distancing. Everyone was very cautious, friendly and practiced clear sanitation due to COVID.Thank you for everything you do to keep everyone safe and well cared for during this pandemic!!!

Staff very friendly and the ultrasound technician (Henry) was very friendly and professional and very patient and caring. I have been to few other's but none of the experience were like this! The only downside is they only have paid parking, $4. It would be reasonable to have a free parking lot for customers.

They were all awesome. I didn’t have to wait long and everyone was so nice. It was a pleasure go there. It is so nice to go where people are happy to be at their jobs it makes everything a lot easier. Thank you

The imaging department in my experience is my favourite in this city. I have never had an issue with booking appointments or anything for that matter. Today my son and I arrived by taxi for a booked ultrasound for myself and xrays for him. While registering it was brought to my attention that I missed a test on my sons requisition form. The lady at reception managed to find my son a spot and literally squeezed him in an hour later for an ultrasound. She provided him with the required amount of water to drink and told us we were welcome to stay in their waiting room while he readied himself for his test. I cannot express how grateful I am that she was so helpful and saved me the time as well as the expense of another taxi to and from the office. I would like to extend a big thank you to the staff for helping us today, for something that was my fault. Your kindness, compassion and patient care is greatly appreciated. Also, a yell out to Kip for the nice conversation during my ultrasound. Always enjoy a tech who takes part in a little conversation to help pass the time and also ease the nerves/stress that often consumes the mind during a medical test. To all the staff, keep doing what you are doing because you do make a difference in many lives. The simplest of things can and do mean a lot to many of us. I would go out of my way to use this Imaging office and will continue to book here for all our needs in the future.
