Phoenix Clinic

I've been with Phoenix for about 8 years and the staff really care about their clients and get to know them. They are a great team and I am grateful for each and every one of them.

Best clinic & staff EVER!!! Almost 2 years there without any problems!!! If somthing happens they work with you to find a solution that works out for you no matter what!! Also Dr.Long is a very great doctor...could'nt ask for better from doctor to nurses & staff!!!

Made an apt for my younger brother here , he shows up on time and they said oh sorry doc not here today . Then came at him about his last visit a few years ago , said you made it very clear that u didn’t like the program so why bother . My little brother has been homeless for a year and smoking fentanyl and reached out for help . I don’t feel this was the right way to handle a very fragile situation.Pretty sad that this is the way they handle some ppl . I’m very disappointed in the lac of humanity . We’re trying to save my brother life and being talked down too didn’t help his very low self esteem.

Phoenix Clinic is a very busy spot, it serves good to community. It's a place for recovering addicts who want to make changes in there live to go. Well it's a start. Unfortunately some people forget where they are and cause scene that unnecessary. Put Phoenix Clinic is a great start to cleaning uo community and helping other.

I love going into the clinic everyone is helpful and kind, much different than the other one on Cameron

Great patience for their stressful work. I commend all the great staff everyone from Dr. Touchburn and the pharmacist and the entire clinic of staff you know who you are

The staff is great they are understandable and welcoming. Ive been going there since the first day they opened

This clinic helped me soooo much words can't even explain. I moved here from cape Breton and was hoping it would be as simple as switching my prescription here but it wasn't. Which caused me to be 3 days without my drink. Sick isnt even the word I was deathly sick until I called this clinic and the very next day I was admitted to the program and got my drink thanks to the compassion showed to me by Dr Long and hjs staff. Thank you soooooo much.Kyle Donovan
