Insideout Homestore is my favourite furniture store. The furniture, design, home decor and quality are exceptional. The staff know everything about furniture and design and are so helpful. This is the MOST beautiful store you will ever shop in! I love the feel of the store and how when you bring the furniture and decor home you feel the same way. Can't say enough about this store and the owner Sue! Go check it out, you will understand.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the most amazing service extended to me by Sue at Insideout Home Store. The experience of purchasing one the gorgeous slipcover couches was truly remarkable on so many levels . Sue is an honest and fair business woman ,a real straight shooter, which I really appreciated when choosing and purchasing my couch . She was knowledgeable about the product as well as having a keenly sharp sense of home design style. She made me feel comfortable that the investment in such a high quality piece would definitely be rewarded in the years to come . As I write this review perched in the arms of my obscenely comfortable couch I can clearly see that she is indeed correct! So if you are sitting on the fence about taking the leap to invest in a piece from Insideout and wondering if it might be splurge worthy rest assured it is the real deal , and so is Sue !

My partner and I have been looking for a new sectional for our living room. We did the rounds of many furniture stores in Victoria and couldn’t find anything quite right. Walking into Sue’s store was like a breath of fresh air. Within five minutes we wanted to take the whole store home. We just “clicked” with her selection of furniture and accessories.Sue was very helpful throughout the whole process: informative but without any “salesperson” feel. A very comfortable experience. We love our new sectional (and the rug we purchased as well) and I’m sure we will find our way back in the future. Highly recommended.

We purchased several items of furniture from Insideout Home Store when we first moved to Victoria. 100% satisfaction with the purchase, delivery and customer service. This store has unique high quality items not found in other local stores and it is always so much fun to just browse on a regular basis to stay on top of new items that have arrived. There just may be something else we want to add to our decor!! I highly recommend this store to anyone that is looking to update or add to their furnishings for home and patio.

I would highly recommend Insideout for household furnishings and accessories. Since purchasing a vacation rental in Victoria in 2014 Sue has helped me with furnishings and accessories. She personally made several house calls" to get a feel for the space and my needs. The customer service is the best of any establishment that I have dealt with in Victoria. They have provided friendly customer service and have spent time in finding just the right things for us. They have been accommodating and helpful in furnishing another condo in Nanaimo as well. The best most comfortable durable and stylish furniture you can buy! We have two active kids, two dogs and tons of company and after owning InsideOut slip cover sofas for over 5 years they are still show pieces!! Our family thought we were nuts buying white couches but I tell them washing them and getting stains out is SO simple I would never buy another type couch again and with the durability of these sofas I don't think I will have to!! They are also THE most comfortable couches ever! It's almost risky to stretch out on them as you may find your self waking up hours later. Seriously I cannot recommend them enough best purchase I have ever made!

I've been buying furniture from this store for years!!! It's wonderful to see how the styles here have evolved with the times but it's always great quality with a coastal, casual vibe. Now that I've downsized into a super tiny condo, I'm looking for small space living furniture. Sue, the owner, takes as much time to sit & chat to understand my needs just as she does with people buying with much bigger (bottomless) budgets. I've made some choice mistakes along the way but Sue is always willing to make things right to make sure I'm happy. How rare is that!?

My husband and I walked in prepared to outfit our cabin with a few pieces from this store yesterday. We were really excited to finally find a place that had items we were looking for. Much to our surprise, the service was absolutely disappointing. We didn’t so much as get a hello. The lady was with another customer, but judging by the conversation, they had finished their transaction and was simply talking about random other things.We politely waited and walked around giving her and the other customer space to finish up. When we realized that almost 15 minutes had gone by without a “hello, I’ll be with you shortly,” we left disappointed.

I had the best experience with Insideout Homestore. I was looking to acquire a new sofa and I needed some help figuring out the style and fabric. The design services staff were quick to help me out with selecting the perfect couch for my living room. They were very knowledgeable about what would work best in our home and for our lifestyle. Post purchase, they organized delivery as I live in Calgary and coordinated all the details. I even got a follow up call to see how the new sofa was working, over the top awesome service!I am supper happy with my experience and I love my cool new sofa.
