My computer did not open with certain programs and for two days, though I tried everything, I could not rectify the situation. To-day, May 26, I phone a Microsoft number for Toronto, Canada and reached Garry, a technician. He spent several hours with me, slowed mostly by me trying to follow his directions. He took over my computer, diagnosed the problems, explained what he wished to do. carefully took me through the proposed changes and their cost. He spent another hour cleaning up" my computer

Hello,I have bought the Microsoft Surface GO product in November 2020. Since then, I had to send it back to Microsoft 6 months after purchase and then 1.5 yrs after purchase because the product froze and stopped working. Each time I lost many of my work files which I would have backed up but the day of when I was working on my computer it stopped working and it could not be backed up due to being frozen.I have tried to talk to the Microsoft Customer Representative team for the surface computer and they have been very rude. I have gotten hung up on 3 times after a 45 minute wait time each time and when I asked to speak to a Manager the third time I called back , I got hung up by the Surface Go customer service rep. This is really weird especially because the call is being recorded. Please don't buy this laptop, this is such a hassle to go through and the service is just not worth it. I paid almost $1600 with all the upgrades and for it to not work properly 3 times in a row is just not worth it and then having to deal with the rude Microsoft Team. You are better off to buy HP or Samsung those have outlasted my Surface Go by 5 years.
