I had two pairs of Align leggings easily replaced here due to issues with the seams. Another pair of my Aligns did not qualify for replacement, but they offered to have a seamstress mend them free of charge. The mending combined with my electric lint remover had them looking almost brand new. Great service from start to finish!

Great service - I went in to buy a gift for my wife on Jan 18th, 2022 and the sales associate (sadly didn’t get her name, but 5’7” ish, dark curly hair, glasses) was an absolute rock star. She was about the same size as my wife and volunteered to try on a top to show me the fit. Super friendly and helpful, strongly recommend.

There is a big selection of clothing here. I came here to purchase a last minute gift card. The gift cards are with the cashiers (probably to prevent fraud and tampering, which is good for everyone). This location didn’t have the option to pick the colour of the gift card so I wonder if they are all one colour now. I don’t think it matters as I don’t need to look at it after I give it away. Previously, I came here to return an online order.

I agree with the reviews regarding the staff. I shop here often and have had similar experiences. However, this location always has the best selection of Lululemon wear compared to the other locations I've been too.

The staff at the front were incredible in switching my old lulu leggings that were piling and in a really bad state. She was super kind and understanding. Wish I got her name but I am very pleased with my experience at this location! Can’t wait to come back.
