Nordique spa Stoneham

A great spa in an very scenic location. They gave us a special pass for spa, which included a hiking pass and a visit to a brewery with $40 gift card. One comment: they had 1 cold pool and 2 hot pools with equal 40C temp. It would be great if they made one of the two at 28-30C so there is something in the middle between the two. Overall great experience.

A must when visiting the Quebec City area! We really enjoyed the hot tubs, steam bath and sauna. The views and service were great!

If you're looking for a beautiful spa to unwind, this is the place. Nordique Spa, located on the Jacques Cartier river, is a beautiful, relaxing spa, offering various saunas, steam baths, cold baths and hot baths. You can even swim in the river as well. The staff is friendly and inviting, making it an enjoyable day activity.I highly recommend following their Scandinavian approach to relaxation, which is to alternate heat and cold as it truly relaxes you, both body and mind.Amazing experience, it's a cannot-miss if you're in the neighborhood.

I had an amazing visit to your spa last week. As my last stop in Quebec before returning to New Zealand, it was the perfect way to end my travels.The service from your staff was excellent. They were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and their commitment to providing the best experience possible was evident throughout my visit. I felt truly cared for and appreciated their dedication to customer satisfaction.I have to mention the Veggie panini I had during my visit, which was the most delicious one I've ever had. The menu at Nordique Spa Stoneham caters to all dietary requirements, and I appreciate the effort that goes into creating healthy and tasty meals.Overall, the serene environment of the spa, the outstanding service from the staff, and the delicious food made my visit unforgettable. We haven’t been to many Nordic Spas so we don’t have much to compare to, but really loved our time here. Very clean and tranquil. Biggest factor for us is that it’s situated in beautiful nature.Would recommend bringing a water bottle to have with you. And your own robe to wear in-between the baths and saunas.Only negative comments would be that it unfortunately isn’t accessible and does have a lot of stairs (not a problem for us, but would be if we wanted to bring our parents here).

This was our first visit here..Very knowledgeable staff... extremely clean.. Items that were provided were also very clean..If you're looking to have a light lunch, this is the place... If you have the opportunity to visit the spa, do it !!

Its a nice spa but the other Nordik locations are definitely a better value for your money. They have two hot tubs, three lounging area, two steam saunas, one dry sauna, 2 cold baths one in a tub and the other in a river. I was not a big fan of their quality as the water had dirt and insects on it

Beautiful but terrible, stressful customer serviceThe website indicates that renting the chalet comes with 2 passes for the day before AND the day after the night's stay. But when we got there, the receptionist said it was one OR the other. She wouldn't call the owner. She said in this case, the owner had told her to charge for that day and ask for a refund the next day (revealing it has happened before). Of course, the owner REFUSED to honor his own contract. So, we were trapped paying for the extra passes. He wouldn't even offer us half. Plus, the staff was passive aggressive in how they treated us, making the experience unpleasant,

Loved it! Such a beautiful intimate spa! It has everything that you need to relax, in a gorgeous setting by the river. Some of the flowers are so beautiful it makes you wonder if they are even real. I even got to have my massage outside, in an isolated tent by the river. Will definitely go back. Watch out: there are lots of stairs so not easily accessible for those who have mobility issues
