The food was very good.2 teen burgers meals.Wish we could have had one of their specialized mayo, but they were too in a hurry to serve us properly.The lady working the drive-thru was cold, arrogant and did not listen to what we wanted. She even slammed the window to our face.Weird experience at this A&W.If I ever come back, I hope it's not on her shift.

Its a fast food oriented towards burgers. Its good for the price. Its a lot more fresh than McDonald's. Ambience is eat and get out". Therefore 4 stars."

I'm not the biggest consumer of fast food, but A&W is hands down the best fast food chain in Quebec! The food is always excellent and the service is always good, and the prices are really reasonable! I also feel like A&W really gives you a good amount of food for the price you pay, unlike most other fast food restaurants in Quebec. Also, this is more of a personal choice, but I really like their philosophy (no hormones, no unnecessary antibiotics, choice of vegetarian and even vegan burgers, etc). This particular time, the service was really quick and efficient, but also friendly. The food was really good, everything was perfect! I tried their Beyond Meat burger and really liked it! My boyfriend had their Nashville Chicken burger and it was also delicious! Will definitely go back here and to other A&W restaurants!

Nice place to eat. Food was ok, but the price a bit high for what you get. Service was great and the restaurant was very clean and looked good.

I've had far better quality at this location in the past. Lumpy, uneven, sad teen burgers. Missing the extra bacon I ordered on one of them. Still quite edible, but lousy workmanship. I know staffing is a problem these days, but the kitchen could use a refresher on sandwich building and consistency. Makes me feel stupid for adding a tip.

No doubt about it you won't get everything you order. They always always forget some or many things. And they're rude most times. They owe me exactly $45~ in combo meals that i paid but didn't get over the past year that I've gone. Since I'm often rushing home because I've already waited 20 minutes in the drive thru i don't always check the bag to see if they keep messing up. Since they rarely give receipts if you try going back to say you didn't get everything you ordered they'll say you need receipt".UPDATE (2022):They gave me a $20 gift card. For at least $45+ in unreceived paid for services ($25~+ lost) They want your money not loyalty.UPDATE (2023):Keeps getting worse & worse...................... *#DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE#*"

Plesent staff, but disgusting place. Food is average for an a&W, so just bad, and the floor is covered in trash. Do not recommend.

This place saved me☕ there was a McDonald's in Tim Hortons nearby but didn't allow walk-ins at this time in the morning so a&w came to my rescue.
