I’ve been here at least ten times and get a good quality pedicure every time. They will always try and accommodate you and if they can’t it genuinely means they’re full. Big screen tv, massage chair and they have a drink menu. Cute little pedicure chairs for kids too. Decently priced.

Absolutely terrible, terrible, terrible service. I went to this salon today after receiving a Mother’s Day gift card from my husband to get a pedicure. The gift card was for a gel polish pedicure 55$, I like to be prepared so I called in advance to ensure that I wouldn’t need any extra money for GST on top of the tip I was already going to give. The person I spoke with on the phone assured me that it included GST. I booked an appointment for later in the day. Once I got there I told the person working on my nails that wanted a pedicure and I was asked to choose the polish I wanted. She was extremely rude once I sat down in the chair yelling at me to put my feet in the water. She barely did any type of pedicure treatment, didn’t scrape the dead skin off my heels, didn’t really clip my cuticles and only worked on me for about 15 minutes total including the painting. Once I realized she had not used gel polish I apologized and asked her to please use the gel polish as it’s included in my gift card. She got upset wiped off the polish and threw the nail samples at me to choose a gel polish colour. When I went to pay she tried to tell me that GST was not included in the $55 and I would have to pay extra. Do not go to this salon unless you want a horrible experience while being treated terribly and being scammed / over charged.

Absolutely the best sculptured nails I've ever had!!! I got a spa pedicure as well and enjoyed a Pina Colada at the same time, and Cindy did a beautiful job on my nails! The photos don't do them justice, but they're gorgeous!

I've been coming here for a few months now and have never had an issue! The staff is always very friendly and my nails have always turned out exactly how I want them. I got my nails done by Tracey today and they turned out so pretty! This is the only place I will go to get my nails done!

I was done so long before my friends, I had a scrub and a mask but she scrubbed for 20 seconds and added the leg mask into the scrub and then wiped it off. I asked for the citrus and I think she was out because she whipped up something else. There was no citrus in the cream . She didn’t touch my cuticles or shape my nails. I sat for 30 minutes and waited for my friends. Happy Mother’s Day! Didn’t ask if we wanted any beverage. Disappointed.

Not impressed went for a mother daughter nail day thought it would help relax us when it did nothing like that. We felt so rushed. The lady who did my pedicure left some kind of blue stain on my big toe and the lady that did my mom's left nail polish on her feet that wasn't even the same color that was used on her toes. I have hang nails still left. And even after I left I had lotion caked on my hands and feet. The lady slapped some lotion on my hands and arms moved it around and said ok all done and left me to rub in the lotion. The shaver thing they used to take off my old nail polish cut into the tops of my fingers and hurt. I will definitely not be back

The salon was super clean, the employees were very friendly. Im very happy with how my nails turned out, Ivy did an absolute fantastic job. 10/10

Very disappointed. Had a pedicure yesterday and the girl scrubbed my foot so hard that I ended up with an open wound. It hurt a ton and I asked her to stop but I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home.I called the salon and asked for refund. They told me I had to come in and show the owner (even though the girl definitely would have seen the injury she caused)I agreed. Set a time and went in. - the owner did not show up. The girl spoke to her on the phone and then said they can not do a refund but would give a gift certificate for a pedicure without polish- because the color was fine!! Unbelievable!No point in arguing with the girl who doesn’t call the shots. This is disgraceful service- clearly they do not care about their clients or their reputation.

I really like this place! It's clean and they do a really good job. There is lots of options for what type of pedicures you want and everyone is friendly. Just wish the nail technician I had would talk more instead of tapping and pointing at what she wants you to do.
