I came to this locksmith because I purchased a car at a Government vehicle auction and the car only came with one key because the lot attendants had lost the originals and the lot personnel called a mobile locksmith to get the car unlocked and another master key cut .I came to this business because we all have those days where we are not on the ball and lock ourselves out of our vehicle or loose our keys . The shop person insisted my master key was a chip key even though I told him I did not believe that to be correct . I left without purchasing an 89.00 plus chip key and sent my son back there a few days later and he was able to get another master key which was NOT a chip key cut without any issue and the key starts my car and unlocks the doors , trunk and other locks the master I have does .I would like to add here I have dealt with this business several years back and did not have the same feeling I was being treated differently because I am a woman . So Psst women are not totally ignorant when it comes to these things and don’t treat us as such .I will not be going back to this business unless absolutely necessary.

Politeness from all the staff, had to get some keys cut. Forgot one key that was cut, phoned and the staff member was so polite and put the key aside so that I could come and pick it up.
