Sherisse is very difficult to work with. John has no idea what's actually happening in any of his buildings as the landlord. They can be very rude and take weeks to fix urgent matters.

I am not happy with this company because I lived there for 6 years and they never ever did a maintenance on my apartment. I called them many times to let them know that my bathroom sink was broken, the fridge was making lots of noise and the stove 2 elements wasn’t working and they were seeing a guy to come and check but all he did was stand by the kitchen and play with his phone I had cameras on my suit so I was able to see everything what he was doing. Plus my car which was parked on my parking space that was assigned to me when I moved the in 2013 they towed because they didn’t know who was the owner but they never contacted me about it they just decided to towed away. And the last thing I couldn’t stand was that I was in the hospital very often because of pneumonia and it was related to the apartment because there was lot of mould in there and I went directly to the office and the lady said “sorry but we can’t do nothing about just leave the fans on and it will be better you get what you pay for and you pay very cheap for the apartment” I was choked to hear that from her and I decided to move out because my health is more important than money. I lost my deposit because they don’t want to give it back and I lost $290 for towing my car which I feel it was no fear since they didn’t contact me or my daughter in rewards to that. They just took advantage because I didn’t know speak English!

Very professional and quick to answer your calls and meet your needs. Would suggest to anybody renting.

As a customer I am looking for photos of apartment buildings and contents. I am certainly not impressed by photos of your agency office.

for us they are unprofessional since I emailed them regarding the fee they asking for us to shoulder as part of cleaning fee after we move out. Actually we clean the apartment before we leave and there is no clear lists what are the things to clean. And now they are showing the parts we need to clean like the vent which it the responsibiliy of maintainance for the agency. They never replied to our email. I am very disappointed.
