This is my favourite global pet foods location, they always carry a wide variety of unique stock, they are almost always fully stocked and their hours are longer than the other global stores. It takes me an extra 15 min to drive to this location but so many times it’s worth it for me. Highly recommended

My first time visiting this store. I was trying to find the dog food for my dog. Although I didn't make a purchase, I like this store. The items are very clearly display. The aisles are very clean maintained. I definitely will come back again. I didn't know there is an area ( is it at the back of the store?) we can bring the dogs in and wash them.there ourself. I will bring my dog in to try it out next time. I wonder if I need to book a spot or it is a drop in.

Very well stocked and great services. Their selection on dog and cat foods is huge and there are economical bags (more than 5kg) as well. The chiller section is also decent. Staff were very nice and helpful as they took their time to go through my questions and give helpful advice. It's good to register for an account so you can accumulate points with them.

Great selection of quality pet food. Very knowledgeable owner very ready and willing to share his recommendations. Free samples for your dog if you bring it inside. That way you can see if the dog likes the treats before buying them.

Just gotta say they have the best team you can ever ask for! Very fun and very informative staffs! Their energy can 100% makes you feel like you are buying your fur balls food from a friendly friends....I am planning on going to a cottage next week and plan on bringing my car with me....I don't know what kind of tick prevention item I should use...the girl told me the collar will be the best item and explained to me detail-ly...is that what we as a pet owner wanted to have when we walk into a pet store? Great staff clean environment! Love it! Thank you very very much! And will be highly recommend!

Very helpful staff and well stocked store. Clean and bright. I’m able to find what I need and got 2 large bags of dog food. Staff offered to carry it to my car. Excellent customer service.

Fantastic place to meet all your pet needs. I have seen the dog and cat sections. Not sure if they carry aviary and aquarium supplies. The staff is warm and always available to help you. They also advise you of the pros and cons of the products they carry. For dog food, they have a return back policy of the food they sell/recommend does not agree with your pooch. My experience at this store had been great.

One of the best Cat food vendors in the community, Toby is very picky and this store has ND brand to offer, while some newly Acana serials made him vowing a lot, surviving guy needs to get used to newly life by all means alone, go Toby go! Missing Margaret!

Always super friendly. Gives lots of treats to my corgi everytime we go in. Always helpful to get what I need from the shelves and notifies of deals that are currently going on or if I require any assistance.
