I was looking for a pre owned vehicle that I could buy, and Max was an absolutely great help in assisting me when needed. He was consistently available during and after store hours, and put forward a great effort to make my experience enjoyable! Just wanted to say thank you to the team at Lauria VW! My door clasp wasn’t working properly (door wouldn’t close) and they took my car into the bay and warmed it up and gave it some love. Not only did they deal with my problem right away, they didn’t charge me a cent. Thank you to the team at Lauria VW. They also gave me a free car wash. Reminded me of old school business principles. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend getting your car here.we shopped around so many places trying to find a new car and nowhere had any stock.Max was able to get us a 2023 Jetta- in manual which we were really wanting but being told by everyone else it would be months to get one.Max was great to deal with.he was informative, friendly and was quick to answer any questions or concerns.The whole team was very pleasant to work with.Will definitely recommend all of our friends to come here when they are in need of a new car!

Had internal engine issues, called vw and was told not to drive or move the car. (They told me not to drive or move the car ) After a week of calling people and trying to figure out what they wanted done with my car. They asked me to bring it to owasco in Whitby to be looked at. Vw haul service would only bring it as far as Lauria. When I got to Lauria in port hope, They proceeded to tell me that until they look at the car , they won’t give me a rental. After several hours they tell me that even if they do a motor replacement that they won’t give me a rental. I purchased this vehicle with the extended warranty. Full out warranty as I was told. But yet after several calls to head office and hours sitting at Lauria dealership, I was told that I either had to walk home or rent a vehicle at my own cost. I pay monthly for my car and it is under warranty still ! The quality of service with vw has gone way down over the years and it’s extremely disappointing to see that the company I chose to purchase my 2019 vw Jetta through is absolutely horrible with customer service. From being generally rude to customers. To not standing behind your product when it breaks. I am ashamed I ever bought a car from vw. This experience , basically telling me “oh well” for an issue that is commonly known as from the factory. Is not acceptable. I will be contacting everyone I can in order to express my frustration and tell them how crooked this dealership and vw in general is. They only care about selling cars. Moment you have an issue it’s gfys . ASHAMED and DISGUSTEDI will never buy a car from these crooks again .I will recommend anyone and everyone steer clear of this place and vw in general. As they do not stand by their product or care about their customers
