I would have given them 5 stars because they had or could get everything I needed, but I rate them less because I specifically paid $80 more ($168) for a radiator that I could have gotten elsewhere for $90, but they told me that I could get the parts in an hour. Then I found out that I had to wait until 3pm to get the rad, while the other place was cheaper and could have gotten me the Parr by 2pm. I was trying to avoid the all day wait because of certain time constraints.

Really happy with my experience buying parts from here. I was a little wary based on some of the reviews; however, the staff were great. They helped me find everything I needed and even had their driver pick up a few items that weren't in stock. After a short wait, I was on my way with everything. Prices are also very reasonable. Thanks!

I called in advance to get a price, called again after to confirm that they have it available get a DIFFERENT price and they are still confused in what my product was despite the fact i was being VERY clear about what i needed. I placed the order in person, they offered terrible customer service, seemed like they were bothered that i was doing business with them. I call the next day to confirm is ready for pick up and they are still confused and ordered the wrong product. Ended up getting a refund in cash which seemed sketchy. If you think you are getting a deal confirm that you are both in the same page or better yet avoid them completely

I had purchase front brake pads for my car, I called in ahead for pricing and availability. I arrived and it was on point. The parts guy is pretty chill, outgoing and knowledgeable. Prices on parts are very reasonable. I recommend!

Bought an oil filter and the front desk confirmed its the correct part. I compared it to the oil filter I have been using and the housing is completely different sized. Went in to return the filter and the person got offended easily telling me that I’m wrong and caused a commotion. This place won’t take refunds or exchanges lightly and will try to fight back. Very bad customer service. I don’t recommend this spot unless you’re on a tight budget.
