Really nice and very clean laundromat. The lady who works here is so friendly :) they don't spend the day in the building because it's self maintained with an auto lock/unlock system, so I just had to call the number listed to get other laundry services which was fine.Thanks again for your help!

Was clean and organized, in a safe location. Fairly simple to access and use machines

Very clean and new. Self serve. Has everything you need. Bring cash for coin machine as there may not be an attendant.

New and clean. A little pricey but the mechines work great.No music or t.v to keep entertained though.

Always clean, always fast. Do my laundry there once a week. Faster and cheaper than doing it at home, lol

I was SO excited to have a laundromat in town. So close, quick and easy... I like to wash my dog beds at the laundromat. And there was nothing indicating online that they do not accept dog beds.I get to the location and there is a sign on the door saying they do not allow dog beds/pet clothing etc...Then I went inside and there is no one there. Knocked on the employee only door... nothing...I'm Super disappointed.

I've even been mistaken for one.My review:I'm very disappointed in the decline, and I changed my review from 5 stars to 3 a few weeks ago, and have now just changed it from 3 stars to 1.This laundrymat used to look like my November / December 2022 photos. It used to be kept clean.But, since early 2023, the owners stopped cleaning and maintaining everything, other than changing the trash bag. Floors, chairs, tables, machines are usually filthy even at 8 a.m. opening.Even machine coin boxes aren't emptied daily - you can hear it and it matters because some machines refuse to accept more change even at 8 or 9 a.m. - so you have to move your laundry to a different machine.Machines are often not working, but there are no signs. Some machines don't work for 3+ weeks.The owners apparently no longer work from home and no longer watch the cameras. They raised prices, removed the countertop section, broom, and mop. They don't answer emergency calls or return voicemails. There's no listed Emergency phone number posted in the laundrymat, and emergency services said there has to be. (Someone put actual carpet in a dryer on high for 30+ minutes and left. The stink was horrible. Another customer smelled smoke and called emergency services).The owners don't seem to care about customers or their business, and many customers have loudly said they're not coming back.Trash is left on tables for weeks. No t.p. in the bathroom that many non customers now use regularly. The cash to change (coins) machine won't accept most $5s and $10s. The washing machines seem to be throttling water going in, so even a small, loose load often has dry patches at the end of the full cycle. Who wants to pay another $9 to re-do a load. It's bad enough customers have to clean machines inside and out before being able to use them, clean tables, etc etc.I'm not sure if the washers still deliver hot water when you select Hot (to kill bacteria and viruses and get clean). Most other laundrymats admit they don't provide Hot water.I've noticed it now often takes longer to dry a smaller load. Numerous other customers have said the same thing.Some of the machines eat coins, don't work, don't give you your money back, and the owners don't return messages. Even the vending machine doesn't work properly.One other thing. I've noticed a HUGE amount of animal fur in the washers and dryers for months. Any weekday. Like some scummy, mean person running a boarding or breeding op? is coming in several times a month and they leave a massive fur mess in almost all the machines in one visit. Other customers have no choice other than to waste time using a credit card to scrape out the fur or go elsewhere.It's WAY too much fur in almost every machine at the same time of day, same day, for months - going back to when this laundrymat was cleaned every evening - to be one customer with a couple of pet blankets.

I’m here right now, May 8th, 2023, at 5:30pm. Trying to contact someone without success. Machines are “eating” my coins and are not working!!! Machines #2 and #3! Please, contact me. I really want my money back!
