Chase is excellent and accommodating when it comes to fitting my car in for service. Most importantly i trust these guys not to scam me or recommend something my car doesn’t need. When i go in for an oil change they wont even do it if my car doesn’t need it. Very honest and efficient garage and I drive all the way from downtown edmonton to be their customer. Would highly recommend!

Terrible service. Called, asked if they could service my vehicle on Monday. I got yes, I asked again when I dropped off my vehicle and saw the lot and the full of vehicles, again, I was told yes, they could service my air conditioning and I could pick it up later on Monday. They called before noon said I needed an air conditioning compressor at the cost of $1376, I asked can I pick it up today, again they said yes. I said fix it. When I hadn't heard from them, I called at 3:30 and asked is my vehicle going to be fixed today. Again, they said yes, I would be able to pick it up after 5pm. I'm getting ready to pick it up at 4:30 and I get a call saying it isn't finished, the machine they use to recharge the air conditioning is broken and I could pick up my vehicle the next day. I had specifically asked continuously if it was going to be fixed that day because it was required the next day. I was given a filthy 'loaner' vehicle (it looked and smelled like someone had delivered a baby in the front seat - filthy). When I picked up my vehicle today I wasn't compensated for changing plans (we were supposed to delivery tires to a friend out of town), I wasn't even apologized to, I was given excuses. Don't go there. They will lie to you.

My first experience with Gate ave last winter was great! I needed a blower motor installed ASAP on my 07 Ram 1500. Part was ordered and installed in an hr, and I was on my way. I don't complain about cost when it's done fast and done correctly.Now this winter came along and I had a Heat issue...blower motor worked fine but just pure cold air....no not AC...I also had an over heating issue. Coolant level was where it was supposed to be and no leak.I get that business gets busy,..and for some reason they don't work weekends?..Anyways they had my truck for a total of 5 days before even giving me a quote.5 days pass I get my quote of $1,500 to replace a thermostat and a cylanoid.They said it was blowing so hot it literally burned" their hands...and apparently it never overheated once...hmmmOk cool
