The personnel from DeLuca were very professional and I was confident in their ability to do a good job. They completed the job in a timely manner and did a good cleanup. I was pleased to see the follow up inspection and photos.

We used DeLuca to replace our roof and attic insulation. Overall, we had a great experience starting with obtaining the quote. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting through the process. The installation team was very responsive to our inquiries and communicated their timing well. We are very happy with the outcome of the project and would us DeLuca again for other projects in the future.

My neighbor hired this company. Without permission they used my side yard as a garbage bin - see enclosed photo.Regarding your response, NO! Your crew illegally used my property as a dumpster because it was easier, faster and cheaper to throw all the old shingles, nails and debris over the side of a long narrow house vs carry everything to the front. If you had asked me in advance, I would have planned for and allowed it, but your didn't. There's no debating it - TOTALLY unprofessional!

Dan MacIntyre from DeLuca is awesome. I've had 2 experiences with him now and he has been excellent. He is super informative and honest. I know I am going to need my roof redone in the next year or two and I'll be going to him because I know I can trust him.

DeLuca Roofing installed a new sloped roof at our commercial retail plaza at Walkers Line and Fairview 2 years ago. There was a minor issue with some flashing that caused a roof leak, over one of our business' in the plaza. I called DeLuca, and their crew came out right away, did some trouble shooting as this was a very tricky issue. Found the issue, booked the repairs and fulfilled their warranty without question. Our commercial tenant was very stressed about the issue but DeLuca's quick response and detailed trouble shooting and repairs, fixed the issue and relieved our tenant's concerns. All during some very challenging winter weather conditions. I highly recommend them for all of our commercial projects, as they do high quality work and also live up to their timelines and warranties if there is an issue.

Very professional & courteous individuals at Deluca Roofing.Work was started on schedule and was done within agreed upon timelines.We very much appreciated the fact that they cleaned up the majority of the garbage after each day of work and picked up every last piece of garbage (including nails, etc.) at the completion of the work.

DeLuca replaced our roof in 2012 and we have had zero problems with it since then, even in historic and catastrophic windstorms. In 2022 we replaced our gutters and downspouts.Mark was professional, very thorough and approachable in both instances. The office was overwhelmed with covid and other delays, but were always courteous and informative. The installation team was on time and the work we needed was done efficiently and has worked like a charm. The inspection with drone images is great and we have referred DeLuca many times to our friends and colleagues.

My wife and I contacted Deluca for help in locating the source of the water damage to the ceiling and wall area of our garage and also to replace our rusting gutters with new ones that included the Double Pro Leaf Guard. our entire experience throughout the whole process with Deluca was professional. Mark from their Sales group visited and provided the details to their Service Dept. Once we contacted Melissa in their Service Dept., the required work was scheduled and we were notified of the dates to expect the team that would address the roof repair and the team that would do the eavestrough and downspout replacements. The work was done as scheduled (thank you to Jacob and Frank on identifying the water damage source and repairing, including getting a great colour match to our existing siding as well and a thank you to Ivan and his crew on the eavestrough and downspout project). After the work was completed, Dan followed up to ensure we were satisfied with all the work done and provided us with aerial drone photos for our records (some of which I have included). We would definitely recommend DeLuca Roofing Inc. to anyone needing any roofing, siding, and/or eavestroughing related work.
