It was almost closing. As a woman, I must admit when I called I had half of the information required for the parts I was looking for. Bart not only told me where on the car to find the information he had everything ready when I arrived for my curbside pick up in 20 minutes. THANKS BART!!

I highly recommend this store. Today i needed an OBD scanning device to check my engine light indicator. The guys in the store let me borrow one without the need to buy the scanner. Thanks a lot for the help at the times of need.

They not only let me see and inspect my not yet purchased windshield wipers, one on the staff here also helped me install them too! Thank goodness they did, As I had no idea what I was doing!

The most horrible customer service ever experienced. Rude employee who was zero help. Not to mention he actually had the audacity to insult a customer. Will never visit this location again nor will I recommend. Make sure your employees know that when in a position to sell and assist, you need to be human!

This place is truly horrible, and needs to take lessons from the Partsource Burlington. Screw bins are always empty here, parts not in stock, poor customer service...going there 3 weeks in a row and bins with screws, nuts still empty. No relays either...get some good managers in here to get the place back to standards.

These guys are great. Mr. Lube didnt have my replacement bulb so I ran over they were just about to close they looked at my car and got me my bulb fast so I could run back to get it put in my car that night!!!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They will find you the parts you need and suggest installation. Good place to buy parts if you have small fixes in vehicle.

WARNING!!! Please DO NOT purchase anything from this company! They sold me a faulty alternator which caused extensive damage to my vehicle and, although I provided them with proof from the mechanic and original receipt for the part, they REFUSE to help recoup some of the cost. Trying to make me jump through hoops and giving me the runaround. I purchased a faulty sensor in the past, which I got exchanged but this shows a common theme of selling poor quality, faulty parts to customers and NOT BACKING up their products if something is faulty. TERRIBLE PRODUCTS SND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

unbelievable. I just called this store and their staff told me to call back after 20 minutes because they have only one staff at the moment. how bad is this customer service? I literally called there competitor and get what I wanted.
