An absolute must for all your window needs

I used them to do a full house window replacement on a house that I am renovating. I am currently dealing with windows that fog up, gaps that I can see through, poor installation and an owner that refuses to do anything about anything except to blame other trades. The owner disappeared for a month and ducked my calls. It was only when I showed up at the shop that he finally contacted me. Then it was a case of no show's when promised and a complete lack of willingness to offer any sort of remedy except to poorly install some missing trim. I am going to have to get another window company to remedy the deficiencies at my cost and then sue for these expenses. I would not recommend DNA/Fine-Line windows to anyone. The price was a factor, but It was not worth it. I will use others in the future.
