I always come to this location to do my Amazon returns. I've always had a positive experience, but my most recent interaction with Sweta was most memorable. From the moment I walked through the door, she greeted me, and was very pleasant and assisted me with my returns.

I would like to say the charges are not fixed for the service.They have no explanation for the extra charges for passport photoI got charged 24 dollars for just Digital copyAnother 24 Dollars for ahard copy..wowwwDo not go here for passport size photo for sure.They don't even know that they should put stmap at the back of the picture.Very Disappointed

This review is for thier printing services. We initially went to staples to print invitations. It was a struggle using the staples platform and once we got it, we had to wait a week only to discover that staples messed up the margins. We were disappointed. By word of mouth we heard that UPS has a printing service. We are grateful to UPS. We gave the same picture to UPS. They did a superb job. It was the same price as staples, but their turnaround time is much faster. They saved us. We'll be going to UPS for our printing service from now on. I highly recommend them.

we mistakenly showed up at the UPS store to have a package returned, and noticed that we were supposed to be using Purolator. The ownership at this location took our box, put it in a safe travel bag, I fix the packing slip sleeve and got everything ready for us so that we could drop it off at the competition next door.This is how you run a small business. Their dedication to professionalism is evident. Highly recommend this UPS store
