Do NOT go here ! The old owners were pretty good. The new staff there is extremely rude and unhelpful. I called to get the name of my old Dr.'s name and he refused to tell me ! All I wanted was a name, because I wanted to see if he was still seeing clients.I was told basically I was not going to receive any information unless I went in and brought something from them ! I wanted to talk to the owners and was told they were in hong kong and did not care about my pitty requests.Who do these guys think they are ! There are tons of places I can take my business to.Also I brought sunglasses from this place before, but was told by the experts the frame was real but lenses were faked. Take your business else where people, spare your self the frustration.

Very negative experience here.

Purposely accidentally" broke my glasses saying that they're already broken so that I would be more inclined to buy new ones. They were working and I had been using them regularly but infrequently when I showed it to the old man (who I believe is the owner) but once he picked it up and moved it around a bit the hinge miraculously bent in a weird way and broke. How do i know it was broken on purpose? The bottom of the hinge was bent in a 45 degree angle and he had used so much force that the rivet which held the hinge to the arm had broke and popped out. As far as the shop goes there is not a large selection of glasses and judging by that pair of glasses that I had bought from him 2 years ago (the one that he just broke) . I wouldn't be surprised if they were fakes. I don't have any hard evidence to support this claim but that pair of glasses were never straight even from the moment I recieved them and became fairly loose (not broken but loose) after wearing them for a short period of time"

WHAT A DISGRACEFUL BUSINESS!!!! NEGATIVE 5 STARS IF I COULD !!!!!I unfortunately had to experience to visit this location with my 11 year old son to purchase some frames. Now convenience was in mind since we were close by a due to Covid 19 would like to minus traveling around. Now we entered in and it seemed so far to be OK as we were immediately greeted, we discussed a few frame options and I decided to proceed with purchase. Now EVERYONE if you walk into a normal retail store and you are first in line the CSR /REP/ ASSISTANT will complete, resolve, handle whatever the matter is, as you were patiently waiting to be served and now have your turn, well not in this case!. Another gentlemen of their race (of course CHINESE) came in with his teenager son and the lady immediately greeted them and left my son and I hanging. Now I waited to be nice thinking it would be an in and out service but how rude!!!! she didn't. Now I went there to give them my business hence the previous reviews read. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOUR NOT OF THERE RACE. THEY ARE RUDE HAVE NO MANNERS AND A DISGRACE FOR MY SON TO EXPERIENCE THAT HERE IN CANADA. NEVER AGAIN A DISGRACEFUL CHINESE BUSINESS.... LEAVE THE CIRCLE....OH NEXT DOOR THE OPTOMETRIST DOCTORS ARE NICE BASED ON MY 2 PREVIOUS VISITS FOR EYE EXAMS

This place its alright but unless u speak some dialect of Chinese they won't bother with you. They also sell things at an alright price but if you want good service go somewhere else

This place is awesome. Every time I go there to look for new glasses, they are so patient with helping you choose frames. I sometimes take a few trips to decide on a new pair.The first time I went, I had glasses from Lenscrafters which were done wrong and made me dizzy, and they were able to identify the issue right away and make me a proper pair.But they are always so busy, so you have to be assertive and patient at the same time to get someone's attention. If you want polite and nice, this might not be for you. But if you want expertise and quality, it's here.

I have been getting my glasses from Fashion Optical for over 25 years and have referred them to all of my friends and family. Even though I have moved much further, I still only go back here for my eyes' needs. They always have the latest trends at a reasonable price, and the optician who works there is very sweet and is always so helpful. I recently started seeing Dr. Chan as my optometrist and she is very pleasant and thorough. Overall, very satisfied!
