As first time home buyers we couldn’t be more glad to have Charrisse as our mortgage agent! She worked hard to get us the best rates she can and she was straight to the point whenever we had questions. One of the best things about working with her is that she can be reached all hours of the day - no matter what time, she’s always there for you! Charrisse was one of the best and efficient mortgage broker I’ve ever dealt with. She made our refinancing simple, smooth, and stress free. She was supportive throughout the entire process and always had the best interest with our needs. She was there to answer any of our queries promptly. Will never ever look for another broker again. Charrisse was a referral from a friend and she did a super awesome job for us finding the best mortgage rate and term!!! Made contact with Charrisse via Facebook as per one of my closest family friends, she then took our application for our first mortgage. As this needed to be done very quick she worked as hard as she could and we did have some bumps with the application but then she told us to PUSH, she knew that we could get it and she did not stop believing in our chances for the mortgage. She made sure we understood what we were getting into and answered many of our questions. She pretty much made it happen for us, nothing but professional and understanding.

A very knowledgeable and highly skilled mortgage agent. We previously dealt with other agents, but I would say Charrisse’s method is more straightforward and organized. Very professional, accessible and helpful. She finds you the best possible rates in the market! Applying for a mortgage, loan or refinancing can be tricky at times but I like that she lays down different scenarios for you so you can better decide which one will best suit your situation. A 5-star rating doesn’t equate her services, I’d giver her a 10-star rating!!
