Very Comfortable Room. Very friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed the beer selection offered with their “Beer and Cheer” package.

We had a nice stay! The location is great, the staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. There were a few things about our room (#12) that were a little inconvenient, like the skylight that did not have any cover so the light came in at like six in the morning. Also, the sliding door to the toilet/shower area was too short, so when you closed the door there was actually a small gap that you could see through when someone was in there which was a little awkward. We would definitely stay here again, but we'd probably opt for another room.

Absolutely a wonderful and awesome place to stay while in Kingsville. Perfect location with friendly staff that make sure stay is perfect. Rooms spotless and plenty of space. Looking forward to next visit.

Another hidden gem. From the moment of arrival I could tell we picked the right place to stay. From the well appointed rooms to great communication from Amanda. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

These modern rooms are great...and we had a fantastic view of Main Street. Clean, very well maintained building and conveniently located to the restaurants and shops. The concierge service was unavailable for a few days.

We stayed here the last weekend in October for an anniversary getaway and our stay was excellent. We had great service and check in was a breeze. The room was very clean and comfortable. We booked the beer cheer package and felt it was a great deal - about $200 for a room, dinner voucher, beer flights, beer to take home and breakfast. The fancy chocolates in the room were a great touch as well. The hotel is centrally located in the winery region and it was a great base for our wine tours as well. We will be back!

Great location. Fantastic staff and great bar underneath. Easy check-in with their contactless method. Bar staff very helpful in suggesting activities around. Highly recommend!

I write this review as I lie awake at 11:30pm and all I can hear is the music from the bar below. They give you earplugs beside your bed, that’s a good warning I guess. I guess just another 2 and half more hours of not sleeping

From the time we booked this location to the time we finished our stay here the communication was so good! Loved all the auto messages asking us if we were happy, in need of anything, reservations for meals etc! The real personal touch came when we met the wonderful Amanda at the concierge desk! So easy going, informative, efficient and went above and beyond with a certain bakery-bought lava cake that needed heating up before we devoured it in our suite! The room itself #14 was perfect. Nice big windows out on to the main st of Kingsville, great shower and really comfy king bed! Sock monkey was a friendly addition who sat and smiled at us the whole stay! Ha! We didn't hit the brewery downstairs on this trip, went to Jack's Gastropub for a grand supper! Watch for bakeries in the area, delish! We will be back! Ps. Still want to purchase a banded goose coffee mug! ;)

The room was clean and modern, our check in was super easy and contactless which was great as well. I would have said 4 or 5 stars. Except that the loud buzzing noise that came from the AC unit every 50 seconds and lasted 5 seconds long. This continuous noise kept us up the entire night. We found interment relief by putting the large pillows over our head but the noise was loud enough to still get through and wake us up. We tried to turn the fan off, we tried turning the temperature up so the AC wasn't actually running but the noise persisted. We reached out the following day to let the owners know, they said they had some compliants already and were having someone out to look at it the following day. While it was only one issue not being able to sleep an entire night is why we would choose the Grove across the street in the future.
