Igras-Kulach Dr Professional Corporation

I initially had an appointment with DR. Paw at this location but have never actually met them. I have been seeing Dr. Cusano instead.Usually appointments have been running VERY late. Longest was an hour and a bit after my appointment. Aside from that, the nurse who measures your weight and checks your blood pressure is nice... but I'm not too comfortable so far with the doctors I've met. So far I have been dealing with Dr. Cusano and seen one doctor who was replacing Dr. Igras. I understand the doctors are in a rush (due probably to late appointments) but I usually am not told very much. They just measure my stomach, check babies heart and basically run out the door.. without a formal goodbye or anything may I add. It's very strange. When I first went, I was surprised because they ended the appointment by just walking out of the room.. I thought it was a one time thing, but it happens every time. I mean, Dr Cusano seems like a nice guy, but he's really awkward, is a little forgetful and doesn't really try to make a solid effort to be personable.They don't really seem on the ball too much imo.

This rude and unpleasant person name is Dr. J Paw. How could she become a doctor in Canada is a big question! BTW, talking with her is kind like a conversation in prison, made me feel like seeing a shoddy doctor in a third would hospital long time ago.

Dr Paw was amazing. A wonderful combination of intelligence and compassionShe listened carefully and validated my concernsHer office staff was efficient and kind even when understaffed the day I was there

Dr. Igras was my OB, but Dr. Nasr was the doctor who was on to deliver my son. During my pregnancy, dr. Igras was wonderful, and I felt validated with my concerns. During my delivery I was very nervous and scared for my baby's health but Dr. Nasr was amazing! She was kind, motivating, and I felt myself and my baby were very safe in her care. Also, Katie who works at the desk is a gem!

I have been going to this clinic for 3 years and have seen all 3 doctors both in clinic and in hospital when I delivered my first baby. They are all wonderful, knowledgeable, compassionate and personable. I felt extremely safe in their care despite my high risk pregnancy. Particularly Dr. Paw, she is lovely and has always made me feel at ease while ensuring all information was shared or understood. I highly recommend these obgyns.

I've been to Dr. igras for a couple of different matters. She's always honest with me. I've never had any problems with her. Getting an appointment may be long, however, I was with a previous OBGYN and he was never busy and then lost his license. I'd recommend her.

Dr. Igras is a wonderful doctor but the front receptionists at the clinic show no compassion and have no etiquette when speaking with patients and very rude. This is not how health care should be. People use health care services when they are suffering and to be greeted very disrespectfully decreases that trust in health care professionals.

The absolute worst phone etiquette I have ever seen. Rarely ever answer the phone, half the time it's just a machine that says the person you are calling isn't taking calls" during business hours

I recently moved to Calgary while pregnant and needed a new OB/GYN. My previous OB/GYN referred me to Dr. Igras. I had almost called my previous OB to change doctors because of my initial interaction with the front desk staff. They were unfriendly, abrupt, and impersonal. Subsequent interactions with them over the phone and in person remains the same. Also, you're required to wear a mask (which is fine) but if you forget to bring your own, you're expected to pay for them! A healthcare facility should give out masks!!!Dr. Igras however is fantastic. Nice sense of humor and attentive. She puts my concerns into consideration.

Dr. Igras is really fantastic. She really cares about the health of her patients and works hard to help them. She's knowledgeable, speaks forwardly and makes them feel comfortable at all times. As a surgeon, she is a rockstar - again making the patient feel comfortable and relaxed - and her surgical team are all dedicated and warm. I can't recommend Dr. Igras highly enough!
