Was helping out a friend who was getting his car repaired. Poor communication over the phone explaining the process to my friend. He thought he was dropping his car off for estimate and repair. It was only for an estimate. Has to wait a.month to bring in the car for repair

Low Quality Paint began peeling less than a week after Pick-up w/ Paint Chips under Hood after following up for Crevice between Grille Cover Installed Improperly. Drop-off vehicle twice, awaiting a third visit, all for a Bumper Replacement w/ aftermarket parts opposed to OEM for 2019 SUV. unless unsafe to drive, 2 months of countless Follow-up and Contact MPI to inform of Overpriced, yet, Inadequate service, seek Waitlist w/ Dealership insteadUpdate (07/10/23)concern of Dislocated Aftermarket Underpanel escalated to inform MPI, requesting further maintenance with Gerry Gordon Mazda moving forward

Boyd is absolutely amazing! Came in to request for a change of my 2014 CRV brake light. We were in and out in less than 10 mins. Super efficient and top notch job! Highly recommended!!!

I've used Boyd a couple times for autopac claims. This last one was not great though. Car came back out of gas and they were trying really hard to not fix all the damage during the adjustment. Think I'll use a different shop next time.

I went there just change my fender splash in 2020 elantra and those guys miss to put clips on it I tell them again and they put more clips but still remain some worst experience because i am not only suppose to pay for parts but also work attaintion to details very bad experience

One thing that is #1 with me is customer service. I went in for a simple door panel clips. Cost more for clips then service. That is not my issue. My issue is same as any who I do business with..... ANSWER THE PHONE. RETURN THE CALLS. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR DESK UP FRONT. Now I know a business whom I have used for YEARS who every single time ---- EVERY SINGLE TIME ---- someone answers that phone. They actually have a full office too.. meaning full of people waiting for their cars. Yet they make sure the ones calling get through to a real human. Now the only thing that saves this business for me is they did get my job done in decent time, but that was to get me out there. I will drive 20 miles further next time I need service on my van rather then go here again. I live 2 min from this place too.

The staff at Boyd were extremely kind and professional. They went out of their way to meet my needs as a customer and did very good body work. I am so impressed and want everyone to know that this business will never disappoint you.

Helpful with car alarm. My vehicle has been broken into twice. Back again to reset the system.Great team !

Boyd has a 12 month turn around on MPI claims. If you want your car back on the road bring it somewhere else.
