Tim and his team cooked an AMAZING meal for our event that we held in November 2017. Tim was on time and very gracious. He was extremely accommodating and worked with us to plan our event. The meal was delicious -- caesar salad with a whole strip of bacon, homemade bread, quarter chicken with delicious sauce, potatoes, and root vegetables, and a fantastic raspberry dessert! We would definitely recommend Tim and will book him in for this year's event as well!

Tim helped me design a bar and seating area to greatly improve flow and ambiance for the construction of a restaurant and bar. In addition, he helped design an original menu that was both exceptional and profitable for the restaurant. Tim is able to do all these functions because of his experience of building a restaurant/bar, managing the business and was also its chef. He has worked as a consultant for many other restaurant owners. I highly recommend using his services.

My wife and I recently got married on July 21 this year 2018. We set up our backyard to host the event. I discussed in detail with Tim Halley. The ‘Roti Mon’. Tim conversed with me on multiple occasions, to get every last detail of what I required. He delivered exceptional food and service and attitude and was an absolute pleasure and received by everyone with the highest regard. I was approached by many of my guests throughout the evening, whom all expressed their love and satisfaction for the food Tim provided and served. He made our wedding the” best ever! “ I’ve been told this by many many of my friends and family. I also have the same opinion. Tim and his helpers, Shar and Keagan where absolutely outstanding! I would love to do it again every year. With my same wife of course!!! In fact we are going to turn our anniversary into a Ghost Town Jam Festival and hope Tim “the Roti Mon “will return. Cheers!!!
