I have worked at Convergys for 8+ Years now and have been given many opportunities to grow, or climb the corporate ladder. I started as an agent, quickly moving to a senior rep, into a associate trainer and ultimately a team leader. Convergys is a great place to work. I love it!! Great people, great atmosphere, etc.. 5 stars in my book!!

They hire you when there is busy time and they fire you giving internet reason within a day. HR lady Tina, Jordan are worst person. Love chandall team is devil. She play mind game to fire you as followed by Tina and Jordan.

I have worked for Concentrix Belleville for a little over 4 years now. It has been a great experience, I have met a lot of great people and management is great. This is definitely a company where if you work hard, do well and show up to work, you will be rewarded. This can come in the form of a higher level position, or other tasks where you can support other team mates such as roaming for new hire classes. There is no question I would recommend this job to others. If you are looking for a full time job and are dedicated and can come to work, and you want to excel, come join and you will not be disappointed.

Horrible place to work. They don't follow the human rights board or labor board practices. If you need time off, don't plan on it. When you book it, keep checking it because they've been known to cancel your time off without notice.

Terrible place to work! There is no freedom with this company aside from being able to dress casually. The restrictions are ridiculous and the company only cares about themselves. The pay use to be above average but now they settle for minimum wage. 1/10 Rating, never working there again or referring anyone to this trash place.

Had a good time working there, met a bunch of good people. Unfortunately their Policy regarding Customers contacting you personally is downright stupid. I was terminated because a Customer contacted me personally because she wanted to buy another printer off me, when I was upfront about it and told my Manager, she in turn reported it to Corporate and they terminated me. I was #1 in Sales and all my Metrics were way above the norm. Management is atrocious, a bunch of kids trying to achieve a career as much as a McDonald's employee. Revgen reports are always late and inaccurate, contests are fixed and it plays to be in the cliche of popularity.

Concentrix: You get an L.Worst place I have ever worked at. We got paid in 5 dollar Tim Hortons Cards to make a good review.Malone was only smart choice in nearly 2 years.Hopefully things will become less of a fake social media hoax.If pay was higher i would have held the job above my personal life, but when they dont really pay like they care then they arent going to get employees who care.

I want to talk about why Concentrix was the best Call center in #BellevilleOntario . This was a center that was genuinely concerned about my mental health, enabled me to have a ton of friends & had a great workplace culture.When I say I left because I was sick? I mean walking around too much because of bad bussing in our town & my #insomniaproblems had induced a stress episode.This is the kind of job where you don't want to have a lot of external stressors. Or you can't keep the job. That is just a fact. After all it is sitting in a big square consumed by little square cubicles where you are glued to a phone and screen for 8-10 hours a day. You have no control of your schedule & the strict penalty system means this job can only ever be temporary.It gets five stars for the people inside able to express genuine concern. The industry needs to change though. This is just a service job. It can't feel like a digital Prison cell.
