First off wanted to say sorry to all the people who lost their cat converters. I deal with issue a lot it seems everwhere i go. Theives look for motorhome cats because they are worth the most. I am not very sure but think they have beefed up the security since then. I really like this place so far. I am a new rv owner and found this location convenient. Also I feel it is a very reasonable yearly rate. I really like Charlene (hope i spelt that right) and she seems like she works very hard to accommodate people. Time will tell I guess but honestly if thieves want something they will get it. If they are brazen enough to crawl under vehicles and cut parts out honestly what will any kind of fence do unless its a 12' cement wall lol. even then they will get ladders. I dont think this place or any other can help this. Maybe point the finger at our government and lack of available policing. Even if you were to catch these guys it would probably take a while for them to show up. Happy so far Thankyou :)

GRE stores two trailers and two Sea Cans at Calgary NW RV Storage, a storage unit with easy access.Charlene and the management are hard working people who continue to make improvements on the lots and the surroundings. They have provide us with excellent service.

I’d give this place a zero but the scale is 1-5. This is a very insecure place. There is no fence around the perimeter, the man gate isn’t locked, there are very few cameras, it’s pretty dark around the yard there’s poor communication from the manager and a total lack of response from the owners when there is an issue. As a result of the lack of security we had our catalytic converter stolen - along with at least 15 other units. We actually found a cutting torch laying on the ground between two motor homes. We were told by the on site manager that the thefts began in December but there was no email or notification that theft was occurring. We had ours stolen sometime after January 9 so we could have protected our cc if they had sent the owners a warning in December when they knew about the issues. Even after all the thefts, they have done nothing to prevent any further issues. In short, terrible.

Any 5 star reviews on this page must be false. They must be from the owners or related to the owners. Security is none existent. In fact, when we called the two phone numbers one evening because the gate was stuck open and wouldn’t close, no one returned our calls ever!!!Additionally, you would think they would respond to these terrible reviews, but they haven’t!!!The latest review that triggered my comments above, talks about professional staff. How is it professional to leave the cutting torch on the ground between two RVs for a month (and was still there a few days ago) and we told the staff about it at least three weeks ago to go remove it.No security at this place and lack of response from the owners. This NW storage lot is not safe or secure!!! Not sure what the three “5” star ratings are basing their 5 star ratings on. The place is not secure!! You can walk right in, everywhere. Just take a look at the photos one of them posted. Ask yourself, how is this place secure???

Low security. Our RV was damaged, someone tried to go inside and broke the lock on the window. Kids were devastated to hear it; it was brand-new and only used once. Poor communication, I hope we were told earlier that theft is going on around the area.

My rating is ZERO. I am so upset. I picked up my RV last week and I attempted to drive it but there was something wrong with my machine. I went in the office and the admin person, said to me that; “I am sad to say, but it is likely your catalytic converter was stolen, as there were 5 stolen off RVs on this storage lot in December”. She said that the owners were aware of it bit they are not willing to pay a security guard as it is too much money. I was shocked as I had never been notified by email or phone that theft had occurred in December. When you look around the site there is no security whatsoever. No fence around the property, gate was open, no security cameras, theres a sign on the main gate that says “this lot is protected against catalytic converter theft”, which is absolutely not the case. In fact, this is a joke. I am wanting my money back because I cannot bring my RV back to the lot and I have paid up until July. Plus, it cost $1500.00 to replace the catalytic converter. This place could not get worse. The office admin staff did not care about the theft and did not warn the patrons and have still not done anything. BUYER BEWARE: if you get your catalytic converter stolen please reach out to me.

Staff is super friendly. I feel safe leaving my RV there. Prices are best in town. Excellent place to store my trailer. Very secure site with 24 hr. access.

We have RV storage there it’s a convenient location, very secure and on top of that they have really friendly staff - would definitely recommend

I see a lot of negative comments about Calgary NW RV storage.I have 2 trailers parked here and a car I have no issues with security, as a matter of fact I saw them putting up cameras a few weeks ago and installing lights. This place is brand new, cut them a little slack people. :-)
