I am a client of tel-harmonics and have been trying to receive support for the last few months ..I have been leaving messages and calling for support with no response from the company....unacceptable way to treat their customers ..would not recommend them to anyone ... our issue should be very simple and easy to resolve , would just need someone to respond to our call or email messages....You are correct I finally received communication via email yesterday after I posted this review..It is not that I do not like the response..I am happy to finally get a response...and the issue is still not resolved but thanks for finally getting back to me after trying to speak to someone since the first week of january I am happy to finally get a response via email...
