Amazing salon! Great service, friendly and clean. I saw Ari and she did exactly what I wanted for my haircut, she’s very nice, professional and great with what she does. Great at communicating and keeping you aware with what she’s doing. Ari told me the best length and style for my hair to look super healthy. The best haircut I’ve ever gotten, couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait to come back! (:

Cristina is awesome! I went to another prior and was so upset with my hair. She fixed it right up. I love my hair again ❤️ She's definitely an expert and puts love into your hair.

Ari seems proficient in her hair cutting skills but lacked to follow my needs and cut off all my hair. I can’t stop crying, I had very long hair and only wanted two inches off with some layers, instead she cut off 6 inches and i'm very very upset. I don’t know where the communication went wrong but all my hairs gone and i want to to get extensions now because i cant look in the mirror.

Did an absolutely HORRID JOB. Frank charged me $100+ with tax. He never asked me any prompting questions nor offering to consult. He was not conversing or showing any compassion towards my hairstyle. I pushed to show pictures of cuts I wanted and expressed I was looking for guidance. He looked at it for a second and told me not to worry. I felt like he rushed the cut - mind you I was mainly getting a buzz from the side and he mostly used shavers and the fade wasn’t even at all. I’m confused why this was $100+?! And to top it off he didn't even style my hair at the end or give me tips on how to style it. Didn’t use a single product on my hair. He let me walk out of the salon looking way worse than when I came in. Felt like they didn’t want to waste time or product on me or something.Edit: In response to the salon’s comments, below are the facts I left out. I advised Frank I had a cut 3 weeks prior and while they did a decent job, I found it was growing out and did not love the shape anymore. I also had never loved the sides or back because they were too long. I never used the term “butchered” so perhaps he is mistaking me with another customer. I showed a picture and advised I was looking for him to buzz the sides and back and give me a fade. I told him I wanted him to keep the top long. I told him I was looking for guidance/suggestions. He confidently assured me he will fix it and not to worry. He did not mention once that he felt “incredibly limited” or would only “[do] his best”. If he felt that way he should have told me instead of telling me not to worry. That is one way to manage customers’ expectations. Since I was asking for the sides and back to be buzzed (i.e shortened), I don’t think the length of my hair should have mattered. Regardless, it was not done evenly.I was not advised Frank was a Creative Director when I booked (only after I asked when I saw the bill), but if the salon doesn’t feel it necessary to advise a customer that they’ve assigned them a hair dresser that falls under the highest pricing tier, then I do take accountability for not confirming the price beforehand. But if you are charging such prices, I would at least expect you to use some product and offer some basic styling. Especially since I was charged the price for Women’s Cut AND FINISH (per the website).

Went in and got a haircut with Ari - and it was amazing! I got a trim and layers and she made sure not to cut off too much of my length (as I let her know I didn’t want to lose my long hair). I showed her a reference of what I wanted my hair to look like and she nailed it! I left to happy and confident and i’ll definitely be coming back for my next cut!

If i could give them a zero star, i would’ve.My hair stylist didn’t talk to me at all and she just assumed that i got consulted when booking an appointment. The results was not at all the results that i wanted.

It was my first time going to this salon and i was very happy with the results. Ari was the hair stylist and she did an amazing job! Great communication skills- she let me know right away before starting the job that it wouldn't turn out the exact colour i wanted. I appreciated the honesty instead of getting my hopes up for nothing. Overall the colour she gave me went very well with my skin tone and my hair looked 10 times better then what i came in with. She really impressed me with the hair cut as well- thankfully she didn't take off to much length, the layers were done perfectly and overall looks much healthier. She also gave me a couple of recommendations as well on leave in conditioner due to my hair being dry. The atmosphere and place itself seemed very relaxed and well designed. The head massage was an added bonus as well. highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!
