Closed pools during summer, no one watches the parking lot. Mice, roaches, and not a building manager in sight. Save your money and live somewhere else

My building has had 4 owners in tbe past 10 yrs. Northview is be far the worst. No staff ever on site. Nothing gets fixed. Stay away from these owners!

No hot water ever and completely incompetent building management. Pool has not been open for 4 years and laundry room is constantly down 2 to 3 washers and dryers. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Too bad every night I have a fight with the mouse I'm so tired fighting rodents they don't do anything My neighbor next door has the same problem and we live on the 11th floor I've killed 9 mice so far I don't know how long this thingThis happened now Dec 4 - 2021

SLUM-LORDS ALERT)MY LIVING ENVIRONMENT FOR MONTHS THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING THEY IGNORE YOUR MAINTENANCE REQUEST, THEY JUST COLLECT MONEY. EXTREMELY DISGUSTING & DEPRESSING DUNGEON TO LIVE IN. WORST PLACE TO LIVE. IF YOU RENT A UNIT IN THIS DUNGEON YOU WILL SURELY REGRET IT. I STAY BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE TO BE HONEST. I PAY CLOSE TO $1600 A MONTH FOR TWO BEDROOMS, I CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY $2000 PLUS IF I LEAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I ABSOLUTELY HATE LIVING HERE BUT LIKE I SAID I HAVE NOT OTHER CHOICE. I WISH I HAD MORE MONEY TO LEAVE.
