i would give then 4 stars but their wait list is horrendous. I can't wait 6 or more months !!! Not all their fault as dental care here is a tragedy.Update 2021 - I no longer go here as I was treated rudely and very unhelpful by office staff. I always had good dentists.

This is, by far, one of the best places to get medical help for anyone that's not to sure about the big hospital thing, or the stuffy little clinic thing. The staff are polite and go more than out of their way to help ANYBODY. (SHout out to all the nice lady's at the front desk. Keep smiling, it really does help. :) Thank you) The doctor's, hands down, amongst the best professionalism anywhere. (Shout out to mine, Thanks person's. :) Thumbs up.)From the wee one's, to the wise one's. I'm really happy that their here. In all honesty, If you're positive about getting medical help, of any kind, they'll help.In my books. Most certainly deserving a 5 star rating,

Always a pleasure from the front desk to the nurses and drs. They make you feel comfortable and not judged. A treasure in the medical profession.

A shout out to Bailey and Dr. Gill today for being so cheerful and providing a thorough checkup. Also worth mentioning the music playing in the background during the checkup was perfect as was the clinic.I found the clinic to be clean, organized and welcoming. Thanks again ladies!

They have a problem communicating between Doctors. Other have expressed profile issue on patients. No one seems accountable and not following contemporary protocols ..A sign of a double health care system forthose on lower income. Not a charitable group.

Donate somewhere else. Horrible judgmental front desk staff with zero Compassion or empathy. They loudly announce people's private test results and insensitively talk about personal medical information in front of the whole waiting room, embarrassing and humiliating people, and are extremely rude and think if you don't deserve" care because you look too well to do and not like a stereotype

Been going to Cool Aid Dental for almost 10 years. Today was the last straw. They've permanently destroyed my teeth with their low-quality and less-than-humane dental work. They assume that eveyone is a junkie, so they don't prescribe any pain meds. If you get an infection they wont prescribe antibiotics unless you come in, which can sometimes be a 1-2 month wait. And their practices in making appointments is unusually cruel, today I was 5mins late thanks to construction EVERYWHERE, i called ahead to let them know I was on my way, and when I got there at 10:06 they told me they'd given away my appointment and they would have to reschedule. And if you need extractions, then dentist reffers you too his dental surgeon buddy, who charges insane fees that are not covered by any insurance.I know dental is expensive, BUT COOL AID DENTAL IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU WOULD SAVE.ALL of my fillings fell out after a YEAR, And every root canal they did is now rotting away from the inside.I wish I had never waisted my time and my mouth on these idiots!

very much so it is in my opinion that the Victoria cool aid is the foremost authority when it comes to the vulnerable homeless peoples health from low cost/free Dr.s, nurses dentist,,all with their respectable offices filled with the basic tools, scientific equipment, lab gear and knowledgeable sharp front end crew that manage the very busy reception area with(considering the conditions, that are beyond anyone's control!)a sincere nonjudgmental and caring approach. there is a in house pharmacy and with Jim (i believe either he is or he should be)managing the most efficient team i have ever seen or even heard of ,not only does Jim know you by first name but again non judgmental respectable discreet ,with a work ethic that is near extinction in today's cut the corners kinda society " the longest wait time for any script i have ever submitted from any Dr.

great sober place for those who are living on the street, trying to get off the street, drugs, alcohol. They have great DR's who really care for these folks and an awesome dental program. AIDS Victoria is on the upper floors and have lunches daily except weekends. Those with hep C can also access services here. They have a great bunch of people there wanting to help those in need.

After 3 visits spaced 1 month apart I realized that this was Cool Aid's screening tool to antagonistically eliminate patients for referrals. I had approached Cool Aid for a referral to a Gastroenterologist. I was then told by the Doctor that an untreated stomach ulcer leads to Diverticolitis and eventual bowel cancer. Being refused a referral after 3 months I walked out of that office and took cell-phone pictures of my obvious Diverticolitis. However that Doctor did make a point of writing in my medical file patient seeks marijuana" - when as a member of a private (illegal) medical marijuana dispensary what I had requested was government authorization. Stay away - stay FAR away - these people are organized in advance to eliminate you as a patient
