HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! The doctor at this facility is my husband's family doctor. He called and booked an appointment for me(his wife) for today. After I waited patiently since March 2020, I finally felt a bit safe to visit him. I waited for approximately 30 mins before I saw the doctor. He enters the room and we begin conversing as I recounted my symptoms to him. He stops me and begins to search on his computer for my name. Then, he asks for my health card and leaves the room with it. He returns to tell me that he is not accepting NEW patients and he can't help me. I am confused and upset at this point because I am thinking HOW and WHY am I considered a NEW patient??? AM I not considered a family member??? I left withtout my health concerns being addressed, and totally upset. Not returning to this doctor. Enquired if they billed the government, no answer given.

This location is listed on Google is a “walk-in clinic” but it is not that. I called and was told it is only open to patients of the doctor. That’s completely fine, but take the “walk-in clinic” out of your name which is advertised on Google on your professional website. It is very confusing for patients who are looking for walk-in medical treatment.

The folks at Mint Care are amazing. I live at least 45 mins away and the team at Mint are wonderful about refilling and delivering my meds for free every week. They take extra time to talk to me about changes or new meds and proactively look out for my health by advising me of possible side effects and contradictions. Warm, kind people is my honest experience.

More than a month ago, I Went to this office as a walk in patient, I had 2 issues, one needed referral to plastic surgeon. The doctor (Adil Ibrahim) asked couple of questions and did the rest on his PC, the other issue needed to see my blood work results which I did recently. The doctor mentioned that he has another patient and said will get the results late. Till now I spend 3 minutes in his office. I went out and explained to the receptionist that the doctor needs to see my blood results and as per the lab regulations the doctor office should call the lab to get the result. she ( the receptionist) confirm that she will get the result soon and insist on booking me 2 days later for phone consultation between 7 pm to 9 pm which is ok. The doctor called me that day at 11 pm asking me (what do you need from me?). Here i said , that this appointment was arranged by the receptionist to discuss my blood work. He replied that he didn't get my results yet. Since then I called twice to check and the receptionist always say that she will look in to it and call me and never call.I don't see this office up to the professional communication standards. They might be good for refills and referrals no more.

Tried to make an appointment to get into their “walk in” and they don’t let you make appointments online so you have to call only there is no one answering during their business hours and the mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. Have been here before and had a poor experience with the male doctor. Patient bedside manner is poor and apparently now so is their booking and client communication in general. Would not recommend

Absolutely love the crackheads that seem to always congregate right out front and have now began riding their bikes through our condo’s parking lot harassing residents. This doctor easily passes out prescription meds. Absolute joke. Clean up your practice because there will be more reports to police and the medical board! You have a child learning centre next to you and a daycare across the street. Do better.

Terrible receptionist. I had called the day before and asked if they took a walk ins , the lady had told me yes twice, and then I could come, even though I wasn’t with a doctor there. It even says on the receptionist desk on the window that walk-ins are accepted. 0/10

This place is a joke. It's a 'walk in clinic' for existing patients only and you have to have an appointment. So if you need to see a doctor definitely give this 'Walk-in Clinic' a pass.

true experience: i took my friend in for a emergency allergy, since my friend does not have a health card, we paid 40 dollars for the appointment, which is fine, after the doctor took us in, literally within a 10 second glace at no detailed inspection, he wrote us a prescription, we thought the doctor must be good, so we went straight to get our prescription at full retail price. serval days later, we came back after no signs of healing, paid other 40 dollars, this time the doctor noticed it was something else and prescribed other medication, so we paid again at full price, good thing is that this time it worked a little, the only thing is that one of the cream he prescribed was not enough for the area of the infection, so i called in to re-fill on the prescription cream.here is the thing upset me very much, the reception told me i have to see the doctor again to just get prescribed cream again paid other 40 dollars for his signature, i really don't see the point over here besides money grabjust give you guys a experience i had and maybe you should think twice before you make decision to visit this clinic.

I went in because I had fallen and my leg was in a great deal of pain. The doctor came in and went straight to him computer. Read a blurb of why I was there and without turning around to speak to me asked what happened. I explained how I fell and his response was that he wouldn’t be prescribing me any pain medication...odd response given that I had not mentioned even wanting any. I own a business which requires me to walk every single day...it has been a couple weeks and my leg still hurts. He didn’t order a Xray or ultrasound. I will now go see my family doctor in Toronto. Extremely dissatisfied with his bedside manner and failure to even look at my leg. It would be better if he could exam a patient before jumping to a ridiculous conclusion.
