Rachael and Tim were absolutely amazing. From being so organized, to always calming me down throughout the entire wedding planning process, I am so thankful to have had their help. Their calm demeanor and positive attitudes are exactly what every bride needs when planning their dream wedding. Because of Rachael and Tim, our wedding was the best day ever and we would do it all over again if we could!

Rachael had great ideas and suggestions, and really came shined the week prior to the wedding. My husband (father of the bride) was amazed at how easy and stress-free she made everything seem! She handled details, made arrangements, and kept everyone calm so we could enjoy the wedding and not worry! She was truly more like a friend than a wedding planner.

I loved working with Rachael! She was professional, organized, and provided creative ideas and helpful input. She made our wedding day stress free for both my husband and I, but more importantly, for our parents! As most day of wedding duties fall on parents and family members, hiring Rachael was the perfect solution to ensure all our guests had a wonderful day. We hired Rachael for the day of wedding coordination as our venue did not provide that service. Since our venue was solely just the location, we contracted out for everything. That is very stressful to do and Rachael eased that stress and helped to coordinate everyone and get them on the same timeline for the day. Rachael met with us for numerous hours before the wedding to get a feel for us, our vision, and all details (down to the very tiniest of details). Rachael was very detail oriented and made sure everything was exactly how I pictured it would be. She did set-up and tear-down, which gave me ample time to enjoy every last minute of my special day. Rachael is very warm-hearted and we connected on many levels. She is organized, efficient, and not afraid to make sure everyone is in agreement on the details. I loved that I could sit back and enjoy my special day and not worry about what vendor was showing up when. She made the wedding day so much less stressful than it could've been. Thanks Rachael!

I cannot begin to say enough amazing things about Rachael! She was truly a blessing! She helped me with every single detail always with excitement, creativity and kept exactly what I wanted at heart at all times. She had the best idea to have the cocktail hour before the ceremony and I still get compliments on how much everyone loved that!

Rachael was fantastic, she worked extremely hard at a very reasonable rate. We hired her for Day of" planning but ended up spending about 12 hours on the phone with her (one hour a month) while we planned the details of our wedding. She kept us in line and had fantastic and cost saving suggestions for us (e.g. you don't need to give out gifts to guests they'll never use!). We literally did 0 work on the day of our wedding

Holly of That's It! This wedding planner is awesome! I've worked with many, many wedding coordinators in my profession and can honestly say she's the best at her craft. The wedding we worked together was somewhat complex, but she ensured everything ran on time and smoothly. I'f your looking for experience and quality work I highly recommend giving Holly. That's It! Holly and her team made it possible for us to plan our perfect wedding in such a short time. We hired Holly after a recommendation from an employee at our wedding venue. We were not disappointed. We live in a different location from where our venue was located and Holly made it possible (and super easy) for us to plan our wedding in only 6 months. Holly and her team are very knowledgeable and professional. She is well connected to the majority of the local vendors in the area which made the planning process even easier. If you want a stress free experience with planning your wedding, you need to hire Holly!

We had a great experience with Rachael as she helped us conceive/plan/hold a wedding during a time when pandemic-related curveballs kept coming our way! Rachael is very experienced when it comes to all aspects of wedding planning. She has a great sense of what really matters and was an all-star when it came to keeping us (the wedding couple) in mind throughout the process. I wish I had engaged in Rachael's services much earlier in the process of wedding planning. She came to the rescue quite last minute and got us back on track. She made it a point to get to know my daughter despite the fact that she lived in a different state and worked nights.
