Our technician Brian P. has been professional in his dealing with us for the past year, and is very knowledgeable when asked questions about the Terminix Extermination Program. He's always on time for our monthly check in to fill exterior feed stations and snap traps, and we receive via email a monthly inspection report on his findings. We had an appointment for our home at 1PM Friday. Waited, called, called again, waited, left voicemails, waited some more, and so on. Nobody every contacted us, nobody ever showed up. Voicemails unreturned. If something came up, or there was any kind of explanation, I’d be happy to cut them some slack, but when we couldn’t even get a human on the phone to speak with us, and we can’t get a voicemail returned, then there’s not much to else we can do.
