When I visited first day to check the hitch, it was fast and the gentleman handled very well and provided required stuff. But he couldn’t find the connecting wire for the light. He ordered parts for me and mentioned a lady from the place will call when receive parts. I got a call ftom the only lady ftom the shop and scheduled the appointment on Monday 8am. I have to drive 40 minutes to reach the place and on Monday morning when I visited the lady was on workshop reception desk and I think she does scheduling the work, mentioned that there are no appointments for me. I could see the parts behind her with my name and number on it. They even didn’t find any appointments on the system to say that I miss heard over phone. She scheduled for Thursday in front of me. I requested her saying this electric connection is needed so that I can pick up my Pontoon and I have promised the pontoon guy that I will pay and pick up the Pontoon on Wednesday. The lady instead of accommodating me started telling that the Pontoon guy will wait for the money, so no worries and come back after 4 days. This took only less than 10 minutes at another location . Very bad services and behaviour from the reception lady. Who is going to pay for my time wasted? I will not suggest to go to this place if the lady is taking care. Please don’t approach to the lady for anything. Better to get in touch with other gentleman if badly needed to visit this place.

The suspension of our trailer broke while we were vacationing in Nova Scotia. We found this place on Google search and brought our trailer there for an emergency repair. They were closed when we got there but they managed to squeeze us in the following morning and repaired our trailer within 2 hours. They were fast, efficient and charged us a very reasonable price! Highly recommend!

I got what I needed, which was a trailer MVI. When I came to pay I asked if they were selling wiring harness caps so that my trailer harness doesn't rust. The person at the reception was very kind and offered to help. When we asked another employee, I had the most bizarre conversation with him. He literally laughed at my face and then told me that it wouldn't rust because there won't be any electrical current going through when it's not connected. In 11 years as an electronics technician, I have never heard a more laughable theory. Not how oxidation works at all. Then he said that because only one pin is exposed on the trailer harness, rust is no concern (but the end that is on the car does need to be capped because 3 pins are exposed). When he realized that that was also not true he came back to me and then said that the conductors are made of zinc so it won't rust (They are not made of Zinc, but copper).I was asking this because I have a friend who had corrosion problems on his trailer harness. Not sure why I had to be laughed at, for simply asking a question. Even if he was right and rust wasn't a concern, a simple we don't have any" would have been a better answer. Instead he had to come back to prove his point. I did not want to argue and just ended up buying a harness cap on amazon (where no one laughed at me or tried to BS me).So yes I did get my MVI done

Purchased a trailer hitch thru the dealer 15 months later I was told the modular was shot and I had to pay $150 plus labour. No offer of any kind to help went to another dealer got it for much less without asking for any deal. I will not be back!

Terrific service and Awesome people! Can't thank them enough for getting me out of predicament by fixing my trailer lights and doing an MVI, the same day I called. I had sold the trailer the night before.

Had a trailer inspected early May and 8 days later the axle broke in half. 2000kms from home. Very scary and costly intervention.Went in to tell them my experience and was told not our responsibility" to check. Neither person(one of which was the boss) cared or offered so much as an apology. The axle was so rusted out on the bottom
