Made a U-Haul reservation and the truck was not on site when it was supposed to be. Was offered no assistance in figuring out what happened in store. They never even offered a to rent us a different truck or trailer since our reserved on wasn't there. Lots of U-Haul trucks and trailers on site but the only explanation we got is that the 10' truck is going to Toronto. They impression we got is they just wanted us to leave. I went home and phoned to find out the only reason why the truck wasn't on site was because it was dropped off at another location.

I would and have highly recommended Vic and his shop to others as they went over and above to help me. The staff were honest and work done by mechanic is of high standards. Vic will show you the parts that were replaced and why they needed repair/replacing.(Unlike other shops) I was educated on how to properly maintain my vehicle after the work was done. He was able to pinpoint the problem quicker and more accurately than previous places I've been to. A professional and friendly place for auto repairs. I won't go anywhere else.

I will say I was disappointed with the safety I had paid for to originally get done on my 2002 hyundai elantra.However, after I had taken it back everything was fixed for free and great customer service:) will definitely consider going back to them for any future problems.

These guys are awesome. When I got headaches and run-around from UHaul booking when a “guaranteed” reservation didn’t exist the folks at Advanced were able to figure it out, go to bat for me, and get me on the road. Didn’t end up with what I booked - and may cost me in gas - but not the shop’s fault. Would definitely and happily recommend Advanced 1 Stop!

Had a very good experience renting a Uhaul car trailer here. Most of the Uhaul experiences I have had have been super choppy, but these guys were on the ball. I sent them a message through the Uhaul system and they responded promptly and had the trailer ready earlier than I originally booked. I was worried that there was no trailer because Uhaul regularly books things that don’t actually exist in available inventory. The younger gentleman running the counter was super helpful, quick and painless process. Next time I need a Uhaul I’ll only go here.

Originally found this place through Uhaul. One of the friendliest places I've dealt with, and possibly one of the last honest mechanic shops around. I can't say enough nice things about this place. You can tell they take pride in their quality of work, and care more about that than taking your money. They went above and beyond my expectations, I would highly recommend these guys.

Five stars - great local shop!I discovered the place through work when we started bringing our service trucks here, and am more than happy to bring my personal vehicles to Advanced 1 now as well. They do brakes, exhaust, electronics, suspension, engine work, tires and I'm sure much more!Competitive prices, friendly staff and customer service out of this world - I've never been let down and never had such success at any other shops I've dealt with, I would not recommend anywhere else!
