Manager Myles attended our home and provided a thorough assessment of our needs. Myles was very knowledgeable and made sure that the installation satisfied all the requirements for all the government grants. Myles was patient as the wait for the government program applications took quite a bit of time. Once we were ready for the install, Myles came to our house again to take detailed measurements. Our house is quite a bit older house (built 1950) and the furnace location was in a very confined space. Wanting to make sure that the furnace fit into the tight space, Myles sent the owner Tomas to come and take even more detailed measurements. Two days later, the install crew came with custom fabricated duct work to ensure a perfect fit. The crew (Elijah, Callum, Rob and owner Tomas) spent the whole day installing the furnace and heat pump. They were courteous and professional. They stayed past 6pm ensuring that everything was in working order before leaving. Elijah took the time to walk me through the operation of the new smart thermostat. They left our house with everything cleaned and tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending Sunrise Heating for HVAC installation and service.

Rob, Elija, and Caleb arrived on time and worked through the day to replace our 22 year old Carrier furnace with a new Trane furnace and heat pump. They ensured we were given some training on the new thermostat, and responded professionally to all our questions. We would recommend Sunrise Heating & AC for your installation. Very dependable and superb service. Our heating system was installed 2 years ago and we called Sunrise Heating yesterday to check our system as we're having a leak from the roof where the heating pipes were installed. They immediately recognized the work they did on our unit and scheduled a team to check on our situation. Today, Tomas and Kalum came to check and fixed the issue. Really impressed with their service and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to repair, replace or maintain their heating system.
