Horsfall's Auto Service

I've now used the service of Horsfall's Auto Service 4 times and the company I work for has been a customer for over 17 years. We have a lot of construction in our town and I have been unfortunate enough to pick up 2 screws in 2 separate tires over the last 2 seasons. I went to my closest tire shop the first time and was told I needed to buy a new tire. As I own a brand new Jeep you can imagine tires are quite expensive. I decided to try luck at Horsfall's and was very happy to hear my tire just needed to be patched. They were so accommodating to me and picked up my vehicle at my place of employment and returned it to me after they were sure my tire was good to go. As I waited for my vehicle I was unable to go home for my lunch and when their office manager returned my Jeep she also brought me some treats from a local bakery as she knew I had missed going home to eat. It was a completely kind and unexpected gesture that I very much appreciated. It was so good to see that as I was supporting a local small business that they were also doing that. 5 plus stars for this family owned business!

I would trust this place for anything other than electrical issues. 4 hrs to just diagnose a module seems a bit much (495$) and that was just to diagnose. I went to GM dealer to inquire about the faulty part and said it shouldn't have taken that long to figure out. I'm not blaming Horsfalls it's just better to take these issues to dealer IMO

Horsfall’s was recommended to me when I first moved to Paris and I have never been disappointed! Robin, his family and entire staff are phenomenal. They are extremely fair, very knowledgeable and excellent mechanics. If you live in Brant County, this is the place to take your vehicle. In fact, if I lived out of the area, I would still make the trip to have Robin and his team take care of my cars!

I got both of my cars fixed here with separate issues. The staff is very friendly and the price was also reasonable. I would highly recommend this place. This is my go to place from now on.

They seem like good people but I got the impression that they are overwhelmed with business. The lady at the front is wonderful and shuttled me to my jobs site in town. She also drove me to the Go Station which was appreciated.Other than her being great I was not impressed with the communication and speed. They are just so busy. I understand yesterday was a bad day for them but they never called me when they fixed my vehicle. I called for almost 8 hours on and off and no reply. I had to walk to the Mechanics and picked up my van myself. I didnt feel like number one.

After a 5 hour drive to visit family we noticed a major leak from the transmission in a 2019 Ford F150. Without an appointment and a shop full of vehicles in the process of repairs Ted assured us he would have a look at it by the end of the day and call us . He delivered. He Stated the the repair needed should be covered under warranty and the next morning he would put it back on the hoist so we could see the issue and take pictures. He delivered again.. To top things off he also filled the transmission with fluid so that we could get it to the ford dealership a few miles away. As if he had not done enough and more than we expected , he insisted that we did not owe him anything and would not accept any payment . I should add that I have never met this man before. His honesty, integrity and advice saved me a bundle. If you need a high quality honest mechanic with integrity, You need to look no further. I highly recommend this shop , you will not be disappointed. If I were local this establishment would definitely get my business... no need to look elsewhere ever again
