Had a move out cleaned performed 5 hours with 2 girls (10 hours charged) performed quality check before doing my final walkthrough with landlord to find I had to spend an extra 4 hours myself cleaning the house. Scoffs on walls, stove top had stains left, carpets, floors left with dirt, marks on floors, etc. Called to speak with Rebecca to be told I have 24 hours to inform them which wouldnt change anything because the walkthrough was the morning after and I was there until 11pm cleaning. So told there is nothing they can do after the fact and it was done to a satisfactory level. Disappointed with response and quality of customer service after being recommended this company by a friend. Other cleaners charge 275-300 for a single person doing a 10 hour clean instead they claim 10 hours with 2 people is 5 hrs of cleaning and almost 500 dollars. My opinion is you will be better quality with a single cleaner taking their time to clean it for 10 hours if it would even take that long.Response: I had to clean for 4 hours the night of the 25th because I had my final walkthrough scheduled for morning of the 26th. So you are saying you would have sent someone out at midnight to correct this problem in a timely matter? I work away and couldnt answer your call when you called on the 26th. Responded as soon as possible. Shouldnt have to check services done if you back your quality of service. One item was left a tv stand in the living room which I moved for your cleaners to be able to clean. We came in once to grab it and were told we would affect their work so we left and I came and got it after they were gone. It doesnt matter if youve had 1 million good reviews this job wasnt close to the quality that you charge for and stated.You told me initially 10 hrs of cleaning not 5 hours for 2 women. So essentially when everyone else charges 25-30 a hour to do move out cleans and takes one them 10 hours thats 250-300. You charge 94 dollars an hour to have 2 cleaners for 5 hours. Which I was not told just told 10 hours cleaning (not 5 hours but 2 cleaners makes it 10 because its 5 each. Still 5 hours and hourly rate almost at 100 a hour for that quality is ridiculous. Pictures are attached and I sent time stamped once as you requested to you after speaking with you. Making excuses instead of just trying to resolve the problem is the only reason for this review.
