This store is amazing! They didn’t carrie the dog food that we needed for are dogs so they bring it in as special order! Nothing but good things to say about the staff there always pleasant to see and talk to!!

The staff here are pretty good, but the selection seems a bit smaller than at other locations (probably due to space which is understandable). Prices are better than other pet stores in town which is a huge plus.

I had a bad experience with the groomer but didn't realize that like a hair salon they rent the space and are not a part of the store.This store has always been my favorite in the Sault the staff are kind, helpful and always friendly. This rating is a reflection on the store and staff not the new groomer.

Shop here often. Purchased dental supplies and the owners informative as they have a Maltese. Get the limited edition dog food to minimize tear staining. Dogs love the treats.

Went to purchase cat food, but needed help with cat litter and feeding products. One of the girls was very helpful in helping me find the rights items to buy using her experiences with what items were available to me. I felt very welcome there and would definitely return knowing who to ask if I needed help.

Great shop! I make it part of my routine when I'm at the Cambrian mall to visit the kitties and other critters. Nice helpful staff helped me find a good metabolic food for my Chonky cat. THEY GROOM CATS! I have been looking for a place that groom's cats for a while no. I just didn't think of pet value. My girl had bunches of little mats on her sides and the lady amazingly managed to brush them all out! I thought for sure she would have had to shave her fur down but she managed to save her coat! I'm impressed and very happy with her work and service. She brushed her out, dematted her, clipped her nails and did a sanitary shave and shaved her belly all for under $40! My girl is a lot more comfortable and happier now. Thank you grooming lady, I'm sorry I forget your name but I'll definitely be back!Thanks for taking such good care of my cat! 100% do recommend!

I brought my girl Emma here to get groomed and I'm not disappointed. The service they provide was very professional and the groomer was very good with her. I'd definitely recommend having your dog groomed here.
