I always go to the Starbucks on bayview but I wanted to try out a new one near me for once.. The drinks were horribly made. I ordered 3 drinks and they all came out terrible. I asked for no ice in any of my drinks and I got A LOT of ice in ALL of them. Second I get matcha every week, I know what it taste like and I order the same thing every time but this time it was really weird.. it literally just tasted like watered down milk, no matcha flavour at all, NO SWEETNESS AT ALL, JUST WATERED MILK.. even my mom said so. I wish I had the time to go back and kindly ask for something else but it one of those days where I can’t.

The staff are so lovely and really bring a great vibe to the place. Also, the atmosphere is just awesome. It's more of an old-fashioned Starbucks shop on the inside, in terms of aesthetics. For that reason, its super cozy

Great location ! great vibe ! the manager Shan is so caring and makes this place feel like home.Her personality makes me smile.You can tell she in confidence in her craft here at this store. There is alot of new staff that we are not use too but they are very friendly and always happy when I come into the store.This store feels like home for me and I adore the sense of belonging when I walk through the front doors.

Very limited parking in front of the cafe. You probably need to use the rear parking and walk a bit to Starbucks.Decent staff. The location is always full and difficult to find a spot to sit down.

BRUTAL WAIT TIMES!Why the heck does it routinely take 12-15 minutes for a single brewed coffee?!And for crying out loud, it's time to bring sugar and milk back to self serve!

Great location. Limited seating as it is always busy.Small patio with a few tables out front.Limited free parking in front of the Starbucks, but you can drive through to the back where there is plenty of space.

As a happy 10 year Customer of this, location.... Shaniece the NEW Manager as per Dec. 2021, has not faultered in serving great brew at this this location...but her talents in the attachment says it ALL. Come ALL... come here.... for the EXPERIENCE !!!

I frequent this place because it’s the only Starbucks I know that carries Chicken Caprese sandwich aside from the Starbucks in Loblaws by highway 7… always happy with the quality and service!
