Nordstrom's could take customer service lessons from Abbey Van Dam in Marysville! Jeff & Lori, and Staff are extremely knowledgeable about their products, and installation. They helped steer us into what turns out to be absolutely perfect flooring for us, not them. We did our entire house, and the install was perfect, zero mess and extremely accommodating to our needs. This was the most enjoyable and professional project I've had, and if I could double the stars I would. The only negative thing I can say is that I like them so much, I'll have to send them a Christmas Card! Thank you for the excellent product, install and service!

This place was recommended by locals as a great place to go. It was close to home which was an added bonus. We went in to discuss new flooring and received great feedback and information. After making our decision, the flooring was ordered and in less than 2 weeks we had gorgeous new floor installed. The staff in store were friendly and professional and the installation crew were great as well. Polite and hard working, they did an absolutely beautiful job. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home looking great. Highly recommend Abbey!

They went above and beyond to schedule an emergency appointment to install carpet while we selling our house. The new buyers wanted to pick out their own carpet. We cancelled the day of installation. We didn’t expect any type of refund because of the short notice. They refunded almost half of the down payment. I would recommend Abbey Van Dam Carpets to anyone. Michelle was awesome.

Excellent selection of carpet and tile. We found the carpet we were searching all over for at this place. So much looking. We were offered coffee while we looked around. To make sure our selection would look good in our home, the display board with all the colors got checked out to us for 5 business days. The pricing was the same as the other big carpet stores. We are glad we chose this place. Our bill was over $3,000 so we got $250 off! What a deal! So professional!

The General contractor, Renewed Construction, I hired/fired introduced me to this amazing company! I discovered the contractor had installed the laminate flooring in the bathroom wrong when painters tape pulled the flooring up that had been installed for a.week or more. Not only was it not installed correctly, it was cut and patched throughout the bathroom. When I contacted Abbey to see what I would need to do to repair/replace it, Lorie came right out to take a look and discuss options. While she was taking measurements I showed her the contractor also incorrectly installed the stacked stone around the fireplace, installed the wrong transitions and installed broken backsplash. Jeff and Lorie have gone above and beyond to replace the flooring when they weren't responsible for the issue. They also helped me with options for replacing the tile and backsplash and transitions and all without a pushy" sales pitch! I returned my replacement tile to the big box store and have purchased new tile and backsplash from Abbey! Their prices are extremely fair and their customer service is priceless! Its evident that they truly care about their customers satisfaction and not just the sale like so many other companies!"

Just placed our order! First time customers. So glad we drove the extra miles north. Loved how we could choose our carpet and flooring with just enough assistance without the typical hovering. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and owners willing to educate us. We're definitely coming back as we continue to redecorate! Thanks for the coffee, too!

Wonderful! Prompt, thorough and efficient! Very communicative through the whole process and very fairly priced. This was the 3rd time we've used them and this was by far the biggest job. There is a reason we keep coming back to them and will continue to do so indefinitely!
