Mercedes-Benz Durham

Our experience at several other Mercedes Benz service centres was not very positive. We came across Mercedes Durham after moving to Scarborough from the west end. Harry and the guys at Mercedes Benz really changed our perspective on the brand and customer service offered at Mercedes. I will recommend Mercedes Benz Durham to anyone looking for a great service.

Mercedes Whitby location was great! My family and I went in and fell in love with the GLC43 and we finalized the purchase that day. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Kashif was great, he was very patient and kind. We got the car that weekend and Kashif was great at answering all our questions and educating us on everything about the car. I'm giving 1 start because there's no 0. My first Mercedes vehicle, the GLC 43, after almost 20 years of BMW. The rep who took my service call informed me that my drop off location is outside of their boundary and asked me to take public transit home. This appointment is for mid June, 2 months away from today. He couldn't offer a loaner vehicle stating vehicle shortage. At this level, I don't want to hear excuses, I want to see results. This is an embarrassment for Mercedes Durham quality of customer service. Teach your Rep to know their clientele before letting them pick up calls. I will never buy a vehicle from you nor recommend anyone in my network. BMW dealerships know how to treat their customers.

It has been an amazing experience to work with Zeeshan. From the beginning he was transparent about quote prices, and always found the time to take care of our needs. We pre ordered a 2023 c300 but it kept getting delayed (although it's not the dealership's fault). The whole time Zeeshan kept us updated and answered our questions. In the end, we switched to a GLC 43 and he made the process smooth and hasslefree. Even managed to take the trouble to deliver the car to Markham.Will definitely return in the future. Thank you!

MB Durham are the benchmark for service and support. My wife and I purchased our 2019 GLA45 brand new from them and have all my servicing completed by them simply because of their customer service and support. They never disappoint and my latest visits exemplifies this when they replaced both my horns in good faith no questions asked. This is why I will continue to go to them. In todays world what will set a business apart, any business, will be customer service and for this MB Durham get a A+!!!!

Benz car keys lost and was unable to find it anywhere, I had visited Durham Benz center and had conversation with Christian Conacher - sales rep and he listened all details and introduced me to parts department Dave. Initially the key takes anywhere between 2 weeks to recieve and with Dave’s help it was ready in 3 days and the normal procedure is to tow the car to dealer and they verify it. When I have informed that my present situation does not permit to do so, Dave personally bought the keys and handed over to my home. What a great service and how indebted my family felt for all the care and support we received. Giving thanks is a form of appreciation how we care for Christian and Dave’s special care.Thank You and God bless you.

My experience at Mercedes Benz Durham has been truly excellent. The process was made very easy and I was treated with love and respect each time I was there.Zeeshan was amazing and he helped me pick out and buy a Beautiful White Mercedes.Zeeshan was honest, kind, and treated me as if I was his brother. Mercedes Benz Durham is the best place to go if you want not only an amazing car, but great memories as well!
